World of Speed is an online racing game for fans of sports cars and high-speed racing. Each vehicle has its own characteristics, a unique character and behavior on the track.Tune your cars and upgrade various technical systems, increasing the dynamic characteristics and handling of the selected car. Slightly Mad Studios spiega le differenze tra Project CARS e World of Speed

Gli sviluppatori di Slightly Mad Studios sono attualmente al lavoro su Project CARS e su World of Speed, due giochi che sono entrambi simulatori di guida ma che presentano significative differenze: il creative director Andy Tudor ne ha parlato con Gamingbolt in un'interessante intervista.La principale differenza tra i due titoli sembra essere il livello di realismo: Project CARS sarà un vero simulatore, mentre World of Speed avrà un'impostazione più arcade. Posto in altri termini, se le influenze del primo titolo sono Forza Motorsport o Gran Turismo, quelle del secondo sono invece Burnout, Project Gotham Racing e Need for Speed.

Per quanto riguarda le piattaforme, Project CARS uscirà per PS4 e Xbox One, oltre che su PC. Lo sviluppo di World of Speed invece si sta concentrando esclusivamente su PC, in modo da ottimizzarne le performance su laptop e i controlli con la tastiera.

Infine va ricordato che World of Speed sarà un free-to-play: Andy Tudor ci tiene a sottolineare che sarà perfettamente giocabile senza spendere nulla e che non c'è da preoccuparsi per il ruolo che sarà svolto dalle microtransazioni.

In EA su Steam... Aggiornato l'op con i requisiti...ricordo che sarà un F2P.

Speriamo mantengano quanto hanno scritto nella pagina di steam e che restino in EA effettivamente per 6 mesi circa.

Il trend su steam mi sembra essere quello di annunciare giochi come f2p e poi mantenerli in EA a pagamento per un tempo indefinito :morristend:
