Primo Guadagnino a piacermi, Suspiria non è affatto un film perfetto ma non ho potuto che apprezzarne il coraggio e la fermezza (meglio ancora: l'autorialità) con cui rilegge un soggetto iconico come quello di Argento, omaggiandolo non con l'emulazione ma al contrario proponendone una versione personalissima e senza compromessi. Voto forse approssimato per eccesso, ma ho voluto premiarlo. Lo rivedrei.

Magnifico The favourite, echi di Barry Lyndon che vanno solo ad elevare un'opera tecnicamente sontuosa e solidissima per scrittura e interpretazioni, nonché molto ben bilanciata fra l'elemento grottesco e quello più convenzionale dell'intreccio. Grande Cinema, prenoto il secondo giro pure qui.

Ah avrei visto pure Spider-verse che è un FOTTUTO CAPOLAVORO ma cade nell'annuario scorso per cui niente.

Un po' sì dai, anche se alla fine non mi aspettavo qualcosa di troppo diverso. Il problema è che vorrebbe essere un incrocio tra Zodiac e uno stoner movie, però alla fine non riesce ad essere nessuno dei due e si trascina in questo mood finto psichedelico che alla lunga annoia. Poi è veramente troppo, troppo, lungo.

Quello di Von Trier è un film in cui succedono cose e poi finisce.

Avengers è un po' un casino ma già il fatto che arrivati alla fine le cose abbiano ancora un senso è abbastanza notevole. Speravo la risolvessero diversamente ma bisogna ammettere che dopotutto è un bel modo di chiudere un ciclo decennale. Difficile valutarlo senza sconfinare nel metanarrativo. Il film in sé non è particolarmente entusiasmante e per ogni buona idea ce n'è almeno una discutibile*, ma aggiungo un punto per come sono riusciti a incastrare tutte le tessere in un puzzle tanto complesso.

* Spoiler: Hulk si fa un selfie e poi dabba. Quando dovremo spiegare gli anni 2010 alle prossime generazioni, non troveremo una singola scena migliore di questa.
