Se avessero realizzato un gioco meno frustrante e più accessibile Sembra molto bello ma non ho abbastanza pazienza e riflessi pronti per questo genere, mi fanno venire solo il nervoso certo che come primi titoli lanciare 2 rogue like cosi' difficili (l' altro è returnal) non mi sembra una mossa molto furba.

In questa fase l'offerta di console è talmente limitata rispetto la domanda che non importa che software esca.
Anzi, meglio giocarsi adesso i giochi dal basso potenziale di vendita piuttosto che rilasciare un big per la massa e castrargli le vendite.

The best-selling game of May 2021 was Resident Evil: Village, which outsold its nearest rival -- Mass Effect: Legendary Edition -- by nearly double. 43% of Resident Evil sales were on PS5, 31% on Xbox, 15% on PS4 and 11% on PC.

The biggest performer was comfortably PlayStation 5, which saw an influx of new stock coming to market after two slow months. Xbox Series S and X also had a decent month in terms of stock, but had to settle for second place. Nintendo Switch, which has remained fairly consistent all year, is narrowly behind in third spot.

Switch sales are down year-on-year currently. Nintendo's console enjoyed a big boost in March, April and May 2020 due to the COVID-19 lockdown and the release of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, which explains the unfavourable comparison. If we compare this year's performance to 2019, Switch sales are up 60% year-to-date.

Overall, UK console sales for 2021 are up 22% over the same period last year.

The surge in PS5 sales is clear from the accessories charts. The DualSense controller reclaims the No.1 position, followed closely by the Pulse 3D Wireless Headset. The new accessory of the month is the Xbox Camo Day Strike Wireless Controller, which debuts at No.11.

PS5 exclusive Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart was comfortably No.1 in the UK boxed charts.

The action platformer has sold in-line with similar exclusive releases this year, including Nintendo Switch games New Pokémon Snap and Monster Hunter: Rise. The game sold three times more at launch than the last PS5 exclusive Returnal, although that was a more specialist title.

Ratchet & Clank may have been the biggest new game of the week, but there were other new boxed titles that arrived on shelves during the past seven days. At No.9, we have Torn Banner's Chivalry 2. The game sold best on PS5 (41% of sales), followed by the Xbox Series machines (32%) and then PS4 (36%).

Another PS5 release this week is the updated Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. The game only managed No.12 in the charts. Of course, this data only counts physical sales. Digital data is not included and arrives later in the week.

Drop down to No.26 and there's another new release for PS5 and PS4 in the form of Guilty Gear Strive.

Just holding into the Top 40 is Biomutant, which drops from No.16 to No.40. The game debuted at No.2 just two weeks ago. Meanwhile, Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 has done very well in its second week, dropping just 18% in sales and slipping from No.12 to No.13.

Things do start to get a bit quieter on the release front as we head into the summer. Yhere are a couple of Nintendo Switch releases to come, namely Mario Golf: Super Rush later this month and Zelda: Skyward Sword in July. Switch games typically perform well in the boxed charts, so expect both of those games to reach No.1.
