Rumor Far Cry 7 in sviluppo? | Denominato Project Blackbird

Insider Gaming sources have revealed that two new Far Cry games are in development at Ubisoft, one presumed to be Far Cry 7 as a single-player experience and the other to be a multiplayer-only title.

Details on what both games entail are slim, but it's understood that the titles were intended to be one game at one point, but separated to become two separate projects early on in development. The game was believed to be known as Project Talisker under the helm of Day Hay until both games became their own separate entities after his departure to Blizzard Entertainment.

Far Cry 7 is now internally referred to as Project Blackbird, whereas the multiplayer experience is known as Project Maverick – both projects are believed to have heavy involvement from Ubisoft Montreal.

Two sources, who have requested to remain anonymous because they were not authorized to speak about company information have said that details are still slim and Maverick has changed numerous times in the past year or so. However, Insider Gaming understands that the game is pitched as being set in the Alaskan wilderness and is currently an extraction-based shooter with mechanics such as permadeath, a backpack system, contracts, and more.

Screenshots of the game provided to Insider Gaming under the request that they don't go public show lootable chests, extraction zones, and more.

Fewer details are known about Far Cry 7 – or whatever the next mainline game will be called – but a similar setting to the multiplayer experience could be possible as both titles originated from the same game.

E' chiaro che i personaggi o la scrittura generale rimane alla "mo" di FC, non è TLOU e non lo sarà mai, erano pazzi e consoni al punto giusto per la saga ma se poi non piace gameplay e struttura, e si viene forzati a giocare o altro è normale che non prenda manco quel lato lì
Però secondo me la cosa migliore del gioco sono i personaggi ed anche la trama in se (che comunque è ridicola e folle) è buona per un FC.

Il 5 per me è meglio ma ha una struttura molto particolare In pratica via via che esplori e fai cose in un territorio, verrai portato all'improvviso alla missione principale di quel territorio/pg, è una cosa strana che comunque apprezzai Ha senso volendo essere pignoli ma a molti non piacque.
Provalo dato che lo hai sul pass

sto giocando il 6 da un paio di settimane e devo dire che mi sta piacendo . Purtroppo però ha il solito difetto dei giochi Ubisoft , la mappa enorme (ogni volta che guardo quella mappa mi viene l'angoscia )

quoto, solo che il 6 l'ho trovato ancora peggiore e infatti è l'unico della saga che ho abbandonato a neanche metà: per me la saga ha chiuso, nemmeno gratis sul plus come nel caso di fc6, a meno che non cambino tutto puntando più sulla qualità e meno sulla vastità, ma ne dubito

A me pare na cagata sta cosa. Un gioco di questo tipo a tempo? Due ne ho fatti e li ho abbandonati subito (dead rising e quella cagata di resident evil qualcosa vol virus a tempo), giocare con l'ansia è na roba che non esiste. Sarà il primo FC che salto

Quel 72 nel timer della bomba può significare che fra 72 ore circa verrà annunciato? Non penso dato che se esiste, sarà annunciato all'ubisoft forward in teoria.

Così alcuni pensavano in un primo momento ma In realtà il 72 dovrebbe riferirsi sempre al leak uscito tempo fa (ci so i post sopra) dove veniva indicato che in Far cry 7 si avranno 72 ore di tempo (24 di timer reali) per trovare e salvare i vari membri della propria famiglia.
