Compile Heart teases second Galapagos RPG:

Compile Heart is teasing the second entry in its Galapagos RPG series of titles.


The video promises the company has upped its game so that it might be even more loved by its “special Japanese customers.”

A series of phrases flash across the screen: “Pleasant Cooperation,” “A World of Despair,” “Bringing Compile Heart to a New State of Mind.”

“It’s not Fairy Fencer 2!” the screen continues to flash. “And it’s not Mugen Souls!”

A creature, the Galapagos Iguanappi, appears on screen. “Whoa, what!? The mood around Galapagos Iguanappi… what’s happening!?”

Suddenly, the creature evolves (where’s Brock when you need him?). Holding three fingers, he repeatedly says, “Pi Esu.” Put two and two together, and it sounds that, like Fairy Fencer F, this is a PlayStation 3 game yet again.

More details will be revealed on May 6.

Last week, Compile Heart begun teasing the second entry in its Galapagos RPG brand of games. It’s not Fairy Fencer F 2, or a new Mugen Souls, the video said. And it ended with a tease seemingly hinting at the game being a PlayStation 3 title. But this week, an extended version of the video hints otherwise.


In last week’s video, we saw Galapagos Iguanappi evolve into a creature shouting “Pi-Esu” and holding up three fingers on each hand. This week’s video transforms him one step further, with the creature shouting “Pi-Esu” and holding up four fingers on each hand. The video closes with a giant on-screen “4.”

Confermato per PS4,esce il 18 Settembre in Giappone.

Lo sviluppo e' intorno al 60%.

I modelli 3D dovrebbero essere stati realizzati in modo da ricalcare le illustrazioni 2D.

Ero convinto di aver già visto quel tratto.Ho googlato ed ho visto che ha lavorato sullo spin-off Atelier Elkrone,anche se me lo ricorda poco lo stesso guardando così...

EDIT: Ah,ecco.Fukahire è quello dei Monster Monpiece.

Poi beh,non sono sicuro di capire cosa sia un idol X rpg.

I modelli 3D dovrebbero essere stati realizzati in modo da ricalcare le illustrazioni 2D.

Ma spero diventi la norma del cel-shading su PS4 almeno questo.

dipende tutto da come funge

se è idolmaster con roba rpg per far crescere le idol è una cosa

se è un rpg normale (con battaglie, dungeon etc.) a sfondo idol è un'altra

Vabbè, la solita mezzammmerda, ma come tappabuchi in Giappone, il primo anno, può essere utile per cominciare a gettare le basi del genere sulla console.

Dopotutto è il primissimo jrpg esclusivo di PS4.
