Fantastico annuncio per Radiant. Il manga di Tony Valente (il quale abbiamo avuto l'immenso piacere di intervistare a Lucca Comics, cliccate qui per vedere) sarà adattato in anime. La serie anime è attesa per il 2018 (ma la data non è ancora certa, potrebbe anche essere inizio 2019) e verrà trasmessa in Giappone su NHK.


Ricordiamo che Radiant in Italia è edito da Mangasenpai.

E' un po' OT ma Manga Senpai ultimamente lo sto apprezzando perché sta pubblicando nel nostro paese alcuni artbook (tipo quello della disegnatrice di The Promised Neverland) importandoli direttamente dal Giappone

French Fantasy Comic Radiant Gets NHK Educational TV Anime in October

NHK announced on Wednesday that it is producing a television anime adaptation of Tony Valente's French comic Radiant. The anime will air on the NHK Educational channel in October.
The story follows Seth, a boy who seeks to become a great magician, and a group of witches who seek to travel to the Radiant. Radiant is a mythical land that spawns monsters called "Nemesis" which fall to the world from the sky. While traveling, they are also hunted by The Inquisition.

Seiji Kishi (Angel Beats!, Persona 4 The Animation, Yuki Yuna Is a Hero) is directing the anime at Lerche, while Daisei Fukuoka (Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School: Future Arc, Yuki Yuna is A Hero Season 2) is credited as series director. Makoto Uezu (Humanity Has Declined, Yuki Yuna Is a Hero, Scum's Wish) is in charge of the series scripts.

Radiant Fantasy TV Anime Reveals Cast, More Staff, Video, Episode Count

NHK Enterprises revealed the promotional videos (in Japanese, English, and French), cast, more of the staff, and length of its television anime of Tony Valente's French comic Radiant at AnimeJapan on Thursday. The anime will have 21 episodes, each 24 minutes and 30 seconds long.The anime's official website is also streaming a full version and 30-second version of the video in the three languages.

The cast stars:

Yumiri Hanamori as Seth (center in image below)

Aoi Yūki as Mélie (third from right)

Shintarou Oohata as Doc (third from left)

Romi Park as Alma (second from right)

Nozomi Kawano is designing the characters, and Masato Kōda (KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world!!, Arpeggio of Blue Steel - Ars Nova) is composing the music.

Il fumetto lo pubblica in Italia la casa editrice Manga Senpai, l'ho anche visto ma sinceramente non mi ha molto interessato; anche se magari guardo le prime puntate dell'anime.

Per l'autore francese però direi che è un bel risultato.
