I Dardenne presentano un film superiore agli ultimi due imo; carino e senza pretese Begin Again,si amano più i personaggi che il film in sé ; già detto di Wish I Was Here ,un film che non fa mai i conti con la realtà; Young Ones lo ricorderò come il peggior film in cui è apparso Shannon,in un futuro distopico laveremo i piatti con la sabbia; bello e inaspettato, leggendo le recensioni, il claustrofobico Camp X-Ray,inutile criticare l'implausibilità della storia quando hai una messa in scena così coraggiosa che ti schiaffa per quasi tutta la durata una guardia che gira all'infinito in un corridoio per controllare le celle,impantanata in una sequenza che l'avvicina alla detenzione.Chapeau alla coppia Stewart-Maadi che mi ha fatto piangere; delizioso l'indie road verso l'Islanda Land Ho

Dimenticavo i Guardiani della galassia che mi è piaciuto ed è superiore a tantissimi film marvel ma mi aspettavo un salto di qualità che ancora non è arrivato,comunque visione al cinema consigliata.

Provo a commentare qualcosa:

Il ritorno di Lado mi ha reso felice,però la bambina protagonista è talmente odiosa da meritare la fine che fa e mi ha smontato un po' tutto.

Ruffini con il suo secondo film da regista oltre alle cacate di bassa lega che erano presenti in "Fuga di Cervelli" in questo ci aggiunge un atroce plagio della parte finale di "Un biglietto in due" di Hughes.Naturalmente Ruffini non è Martin e Matano non può essere assolutamente Candy:rickds: Atroce.

Genovesi vuole fare la commedia sofisticata e anche se qualcosa a livello visivo funziona il lato della commedia latita,non si ride mai,perchè Ale e Franz sono sprecati in quel modo?Abatantuono macchietta gigioneggiante per fortuna si intravedono le tettone della Francini.(per questo il voto *)

De "Guardiani della Galassia" ho apprezzato lo spirito anni 80,Gunn in cabina di regia anche se un po' troppo misurato rispetto al solito,c'è qualche momento di stanca ma si fa vedere.

Linklater fa un buonissimo coming of age (se un film di 3 ore scorre bene deve essere per forza un buon film) ma probabilmente sono io che non ho capito tutta l operazione che c era dietro.

Se ne parla male, a me I Guardiani della Galassia è piaciuto. Più di ogni altro prodotto marvel di quest'anno, probabilmente perché non si prende mai sul serio. Purtroppo però conferma il trend della casa delle idee di non lasciare per niente esprimere gli autori. Non si può vedere un James Gunn così.

Per quanto riguarda Locke, Stephen Knight esordisce alla regia con un one man movie piuttosto bello. Non mi hanno convinto alcuni artifici, però nel complesso mi è piaciuto.

Di Dracula Untold dico solo di evitarlo come la peste. Ancora non capisco cosa spinga i produttori su questi progetti che come unica differenza da un prodotto medio dell'Asylum hanno il budget.

Di Interstellar se n'è parlato abbastanza nel topic:asd:

Jeff Nichols continua a convincermi molto come autore, bello il suo Mud. Mi è piaciuto meno di Take Shelter ma continua a dimostrare di essere un regista con talento.

Grande ritorno per Jorodowsky con un film molto intimista, La danza della realtà, che ripercorre la sua infanzia e intreccia gli eventi della sua vita con le sfortune del Cile. Folle come solo lui sa essere, come al solito pochissimo coeso ma alla fine i suoi film sono più un viaggio surreale che non film veri e propri. Apprezzo parecchio l'autore, devo dire che questo forse è il suo film che mi è piaciuto di meno, in generale l'ho trovato troppo debitore dei suoi precedenti lavori, e molte cose sono difficili da digerire (vedi la madre cantante lirica). Ma comunque merita di essere visto.

Invece puro amore per La storia della Principessa Splendente di Takahata. Da far studiare a scuola per far capire il potere del cinema e dell'animazione, come muovere emozioni potentissime con quello che alla fine è semplice disegno fatto a mano. Lo studio Ghibli cessa le sue attività cinematografiche regalandoci due perle inestimabili, gia Si alza il vento era un gran testamento, ma qua siamo all'apice dell'animazione giapponese. Potrebbe diventare il mio film d'animazione preferito di sempre, è cresciuto sempre di più da quando l'ho visto.

La produzione è imponente, e non mi aspettavo niente di meno; purtroppo la sceneggiatura si rivela veramente debole in più di un frangente, e questo gli impedisce ad ambire ad una valutazione migliore. Comunque felice che la fantascienza stia tentando di tornare in vista, speriamo che la cinematografia commerciale segua questa tendenza perché di supereroi basta.

Videodrome è uno dei miei film preferiti di sempre :(

 
Magic in the Moonlight è l'ennesimo film diretto da allen col pilota automatico.Questa volta è una romcom non brutta ma nemmeno imprescindibile;St.Vincent,ovvero il bill murray's show ma il film funziona imo;Listen Up Philip si becca mezzo punto in meno per la scelta della voce narrante fuori campo che dice e spiega cose che preferirei trasparissero dai personaggi.Per il resto ottimo prodotto che come faceva già reitman con young adult uccide il mito del cambiamento;What If sicuramente tra le migliori romcom dell'anno.Buona l'intesa tra la kazan e radcliffe anche se fino alla fine ho sperato che il film uscisse dai binari del genere,comunque promossa;Blackbird incredibile prodotto canadese che esamina la discesa negli inferi di un ragazzo accusato di pianificare un massacro nella propria scuola.Pessimista,mai accomodante verso lo spettatore e coerente nella sua conclusione.Tutto raccontato con grande maestria.

A parte videodrome e cosmopolis, non mi ha mai preso più di tanto come regista. Ho odiato la zona morta.
