Dragon Warrior

In the Japanese release, the game uses passwords to resume game progress. This was replaced with a battery backup save system in the US release.

Più palese di cosi è difficile anche se ci sono anche componenti del esorcista. :yeahmini:

Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge

In the game's opening sequence, the U.S. version has the story text shifted to the left, however in the European release the text is centered.

Miyamoto had originally planned for "A Link to the Past" to have a party system where you could switch between three characters and utilize their individual abilities. The characters would have been a mix between an elf and a fighter, a magic user, and a girl.

If you turn on the TV on Friday the 13th, there will be no news. This probably refers to the American superstition of 13 being an unlucky number, and of Friday falling on the 13th of a given month especially so.

La versione Dreamcast è più sfortunata:

Puyo Pop Fever

In the Dreamcast version, despite having only been released in Japan, the entire English localization is present in the game, even retaining the English title "Puyo Pop Fever", and can be toggled from the Options menu. This hints at a possible Western release of the Dreamcast version that never materialized due to the discontinuation of the console by the time the game was released elsewhere, making it the last Dreamcast game developed by Sonic Team, as well as the last first-party Sega title released on the platform. The Dreamcast version is also the only version of the game to use sprites instead of 3D models.

Good Luck :bruniii:

In Persona 3, the Sleeping Table is steeply more difficult than previous bosses due to its high damage potential and defense. Get rid of Fear as soon as you see it using Me Patra, because it will proceed to instantly kill anyone affected with Ghastly Wail. Since there is no way to resist Megidola your best bet is to keep your HP topped off with your best healing spells and your party reinforced with buffs and debuffs.

Scontato ma tanto vale sottolinearlo :uhmsisi:

According to the Ōkami Official Complete Works, all the Canine Warriors obviously have a set breed which are:

Rei is a Pointer, a breed of hunting dog used to retrieve fallen birds. His markings suggest that he's an English Pointer.

Shin is a Boxer, a medium bulldog breed from Germany.

Chi is a Japanese Spitz, a breed most often seen as a pet or companion dog.

Ko is a Collie, a British dog used in herding sheep.

Tei is a Tosa-Ken, a Japanese fighting dog.

Gi is a Husky, though this is a general term for several breeds often used as sled dogs.

Jin is a Shiba-Inu, a Japanese small-game hunting dog.

Chu is a Kai Ken, a Japanese hunting breed.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

Orlox is based off of Count Orlok, from the classic 1922 vampire film Nosferatu.

Actually not a Koopa :rivet:

TEPuT4U.jpg

The back of the package and the Nintendo eShop description for the game state that Koopa Troopas appear. However, the turtle-like enemies in the game are actually Bombshell Koopas, which were used instead of normal Koopa Troopas because the developers did not have the time to reproduce the Koopa Shell ricochet effect on the Game Boy hardware.

Un luuungo sviluppo :ahsisi:

Internal data labels Path of Radiance as FE8, suggesting this game was originally to be the eight Fire Emblem title in the series. Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones is officially the eight Fire Emblem title released, making Path of Radiance the ninth officially. It is possible Path of Radiance was in development long before The Sacred Stones was.

Valkyrie Profile

In the Seraphic Gate, there is an optional boss fight with
Brahms
featuring a fourth-wall breaking message from an unknown developer on the game before the fight when talking to him:

"...While this game was being developed, I gleefully told another person on the team that once this game was finished, I was going to join another company that had made me an offer. I could tell my words stung him deeply in his heart.

The reason I am here today is to show my gratitude and regret to that good man.

Forget everything. Try and fight me! Yessss!!"

Soccer music rearranged.:sottosotto:

In a party chat in Harena after meeting Jackal, Magnolia and Yew are seen playing in the sand together. In their pretend battle, Magnolia refers to herself as "Princess Ariane of the Moon Desert." This could be a nod to Ariadne and Krinjh from Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light.

Bigger than the biggest, heavier than the heaviest :ooo:

OhXV1Dh.jpg

The Batomys appears to be based on WW1 superheavy tank designs like the British Flying Elephant and German K-Wagen. The treads are very similar to the TOG-1 prototype created by Britain near the start of World War 2, while the multi-turret layout is typical of interwar tanks, in particular the Vickers A1E1 "Independant" and the Soviet knockoff of the same, the T-35. The side profile is clearly designed to bring to mind the various WW2 assault guns with casemate upper hulls (of which the Jagdpanzers are the most well known). The boat-like frontal hull seems based on the American M48 Patton, while the mounting for the forward machine gun is similar to that used on the M26 Pershing, albeit much larger. Batomys is 45 tons heavier than the heaviest tank ever built, the German "Maus." However, the given dimensions would make it twice as long, twice as tall, and almost three times wider. Because this would make the Batomys approximately 12 times larger, but only 25% heavier than the Maus, it is unlikely that the Batomys would be able to carry any reasonable amount of armor protection. Given that it has the same engine power as the Maus V2 prototype, it is also extremely unlikely that the Batomys would be able to reach 30 kilometres per hour, given the Maus' own mobility problems; the V2 prototype could only manage 13 km/h with a 1,200 horsepower Daimler-Benz MB 517.

Croc 2

An underwater level can be seen in an early trailer. However, it was cut, and in the final game, Croc does not swim underwater in any level.

Lyn's age in The Blazing Blade differs between the Japanese and localized releases. In the Japanese version, she is fifteen at the start of the game and sixteen in Eliwood/Hector's Tale. In the localized version, Lyn is eighteen and nineteen years old.
