When you put an incorrect phrase into the cheat menu it will simply reset. However, when you input a foul word as a cheat, Spider-Man will appear and change it into something nice like flower, puppy, or spice.
The Quintet quiz is inaccessible in all non-Japanese versions, though most versions still have text pertaining to it in its code. There is also a test room, and a removed building from Suncoast, and unused interiors for Storkholm.
Paper Mario
At the Toad Town train station, there is a blue Toad who tells Mario that after he defeats Bowser and restores peace to the Mushroom Kingdom, he has something else he wants to tell him. However, no such event can be triggered as it's impossible to access the train station after defeating Bowser, making the line pointless as you cannot talk to him again. It's possible that this was meant to be part of content found in the post-game, but was cut during development.
The titles of the Demon's Crest tracks on the 20th anniversary soundtrack collection for the Ghosts 'n Goblins series were created by a western fan of the game. It's not clear if Capcom knew the track titles were unofficial when they used them for the soundtrack.

Back when the game was still known as "Willie the Wombat", Mark Cerny had commissioned Hanna-Barbera to help give out some ideas and suggestions on what Willie would look like. The aforementioned task was given to an employee of the studio at the time named Butch Hartman, who went on to create a slew of animated series for the children's television network Nickelodeon.
Mathis Cronqvist is most likely named after Matthias Corvinus, the Hungarian king who was a tentative ally of Vlad Tepes', and once had him imprisoned in a royal tower.
Beating the game unlocks Albus Mode, which allows you to play as another character from the game named Albus. He cannot access the menu and has his own abilities, different from those of the main character, Shanoa.

According to the game's instruction manual, Sketch Turner enjoys playing Sonic Spinball on his days off, another Sonic game developed by Sega.

Bravely Default
When the project first got started it was a very standard RPG akin to Final Fantasy III or Final Fantasy V, but the concern was it wouldn't be a good decision for a new IP like Bravely Default was intended to be. With the battle points system, Nakahara felt like it had the chance to turn the whole game around.
In Stage 5 of Castlevania: Rondo of Blood, there is a secret passageway that can only be accessed by Maria. It leads to a white object resembling a mirror or doorway that cannot be interacted with. In the PSP remake, a Soundtrack item can be found here.
During the second cutscene, Qwark's recording mentions pressing 1 if being attacked by radioactive amoeboids. This is a reference to Blackwater City in Ratchet & Clank, and the Qwark Vid-Comic in Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal, when amoeboids attacked Blackwater City.

Final Fantasy X
Lulu's starting weapon, a Moogle Doll, is the only appearance of a Moogle in the game, a massive difference from all previous titles in the series. Her other weapons are references to previous characters in the series, including her final weapon of the Onion Knights from Final Fantasy III.
At one stage, it was possible to re-visit the Sorceress' Lair. Due to a glitch, it is sometimes possible to view this option when using a pirated or emulated copy of the game.
