This year's 45th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed on Saturday that Natsuki Hanae and Akari Kitō will star in the television anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge's Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga. Hanae will play Tanjirō Kamado (pictured left in below image), while Kitō will play Nezuko Kamado (right).
The magazine also revealed that the anime will premiere in April 2019.
The official website for the television anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge's Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga revealed the show's staff and three more cast members on Sunday.
The new cast includes:
Hiro Shimono as Zenitsu Agatsuma, a member of the Demon Killing Corps alongside Tanjirō
Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Inosuke Hashibira, a member of the Demon Killing Corps alongside Tanjirō
Takahiro Sakurai as Giyū Tomioka, the pillar of the Demon Killing Corps
A stage presentation at the Jump Festa '19 event on Saturday revealed a new promotional video for the television anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge's Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga. (Note: The anime's official website is streaming the promotional video, but the video is region-locked to Japan only. A region-free version is below.)
The event also revealed a new key visual.

The event also revealed that the manga is getting a novel that will ship in Japan on February 4.
The anime will premiere in April 2019 and will air on a total of 20 channels including Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, and BS11.
Natsuki Hanae stars in the show as Tanjirō Kamado (pictured left in below image), and Akari Kitō costars as Nezuko Kamado (right).

Haruo Sotozaki (Tales of Zestiria the X, Tales of Symphonia the Animation) is directing the anime at ufotable (Fate/Zero, Kara no Kyoukai, Katsugeki: Touken Ranbu). ufotable is also credited for the scripts. Akira Matsushima (Maria Watches Over Us, Tales of Zestiria the X) is the character designer, with Miyuki Sato, Yōko Kajiyama, and Mika Kikuchi serving as sub-character designers. Yuki Kajiura (Sword Art Online, Fate/Zero, Madoka Magica) and Gō Shiina (Tales of Zestiria the X, Jūni Taisen: Zodiac War, God Eater) are composing the music. Hikaru Kondo is producing the series.

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge's Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaibamanga began streaming a new ad and a new trailer on Friday for the anime. The videos reveal that the first five episodes of the anime will screen in 11 theaters in Japan for two weeks starting on March 29. The theatrical version of the first five episodes is titled Kimetsu no Yaiba: Kyōdai no Kizuna (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: The Bonds of Siblings).
The ad embedded below is region free and can be viewed worldwide.
The longer trailer video on the website is region locked and can only be viewed in Japan, but the official Twitter account for the anime has posted the video region free.

Anime studio ufotable announced on Thursday that the television anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge's Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga will premiere on April 6 at 11:30 p.m., and will air on 20 total channels including Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, and BS11.
The theatrical world premiere for the anime of Koyoharu Gotouge's Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba manga revealed additional cast members, the theme song artist LiSA, and the third key visual on Tuesday.
