Deepen Your Bonds with Friends through “Free Action”

During “Drama Parts,” which progress as a text adventure and tell the game’s story, two situations will occur: “Search Action,” where you search for a way to survive in a crisis situation, and “Free Action,” where you will choose where to go and who to talk to within a limited window of time.

During Free Action, your group of friends will disperse and act individually. By choosing an area from the map and talking to your friends in that area, you can learn new information and the problems your friends are dealing with, which will deepen your bonds.

There are also places where you can go during Free Action where you can enter “Free Battle” to train your Digimon and collect items.

Bandai Namco Entertainment have postponed the release date of the survival / tactical RPG Digimon Survive on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 from 2020 to “TBD” as reports Ryokutya. The delay is due to a complete overhaul of the development process, hence why little information has been shared in recent months.

Recently, there has been a great deal of confusion about the release date for Digimon Survive, mostly about whether it has been delayed from its 2020 release window.

Adding to the mystery, Toei Animation Europe’s official website now says that the game is scheduled to release in January 2021. For those who are unaware, Toei Animation is the studio in charge of producing the Digimon anime, which lends them some credibility when it comes to the release date of Digimon games.

Strangely, Toei Animation Japan’s most recent animation schedule still says that Digimon Survive is releasing in 2020, in direct conflict with its European counterpart. Its possible that this means the game will still launch in 2020 for Japan, but the west will have to wait till 2021 as stated by Toei Animation Europe.

That said, without any official word from the developers, this is all just speculation. We will bring more news as it comes.

Digimon Survive producer Kazumasa Habu has suggested Bandai Namco will soon announce a delay for the survival strategy RPG, which is currently planned for release across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam in 2020.

“I apologize for worrying you,” Habu said on Twitter in response to a fan concerned about the lack of Digimon Survive news. “We’re currently reviewing the development team structure and refocusing the schedule for Digimon Survive. We’re coordinating with all parties concerned and plan to make an announcement on the situation in the near future. I apologize to everyone who has been looking forward to the game, but I ask that you please wait a while longer.”

Non so perché ma ho il sentore che la prossima volta che lo vedremo in azione non lo riconosceremo... Spero in positivo :dsax:

L'interesse rimane altissimo.
 
Titolo che attendo ma di sto passo non vedrà mai la luce, con questi rinvii continui...speriamo sia ultimo

E c'era anche un rumor abbastanza attendibile di un nuovo Digimon Story in lavorazione, con un budget maestoso

Servirà tanta pazienza, ma il futuro dei giochi Digimon parrebbe piuttosto roseo
