Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance is now available for PlayStation 4 in Japan. And with its release comes launch day downloadable content.
Here’s what’s available today:

Scenario: Disgaea D2‘s Laharl, Etna, Flonne, and Sicily (500 yen) – The characters of Disgaea D2 enter the world of Disgaea 5. When Laharl and Kilia meet in the remote regions of hell, the curtain rises on a new story. After clearing the scenario, the four characters will be available in the main game, complete with their own dedicated skills. Additionally, they’ll be able to use some of Disgaea 5‘s new systems, like Maougi and Union techniques.

Character: Laharl-chan (300 yen) – The female version of Laharl joins the battle.

Character: Angel Soldier (Woman) (free for PlayStation Plus subscribers between April 1 and May 5) – The generic Angel Soldier (woman) joins the battle.

Discussion: Borrow the Power of Toro and Kuro (free) – In collaboration with Sony Computer Entertainment, this add-on brings the power of the Doko Demo Issyo cats into the game.

A 4,000 yen Season Pass granting players access to today’s downloadable content, plus all upcoming content, is also available. Here’s the full lineup:

Set 1: March 26

Scenario: Disgaea D2‘s Laharl, Etna, Flonne, and Sicily (500 yen)

Character: Laharl-chan (300 yen)

Set 2: April 30

Scenario: Disgaea 4‘s Valvatorez, Fenrich, and Vulcanus (500 yen)

Scenario: Disgaea 3‘s Mao, Raspberyl, and Salvatore (500 yen)

Character: Pleinair (if you purchase all the downloadable content without buying the Season Pass, you’ll also get Pleinair)

As for how to access downloadable content after you purchase it, you’ll find a “DLC Shop” character in the main hub, where you can both purchase and play add-ons.

Disgaea 3 aveva fatto più del doppio e Disgaea 4 ha venduto 4 volte di più.//content.invisioncic.com/a283374/emoticons/emoticons_dent1005.gif

La percentuale indica il venduto sul distribuito e quando viaggia sulla metà non è una buona cosa.

Disgaea 5 introduces six main characters

Killia

A young demon who seeks revenge, and has a long history with Void Dark. He doesn’t like teaming up. He seems very cold, but his kindness shines through when he helps those who are suffering because of the Lost. His calorie intake is very high, and he eats whenever he has the opportunity.

Seraphina

The Princess Overlord of Gorgeous, which is the richest nation in all the Three Worlds (Netherworlds, Celestia, and Human World). She truly believes all men exist to kneel before her. She ran away from home after her father arranged a marriage of convenience with Void Dark, who she now plans to assassinate.

Usalia

The heir of Toto Bunny, who dislikes fighting. Due to one of Void Dark’s subordinates, she was cursed to constantly have to eat curry or she will turn into a beast. Now, she actually likes curry. She has a very nice personality, which is unusual for a demon. She rides a yellow Prinny into battle.

Red Magnus

The Overlord of Scorching Flame, where vicious demons reside. He is very wild, and believes that strength is everything. He is trying to defeat Void Dark to become the strongest Overlord. His Netherworld has been on bad terms with Seraphina’s Netherworld for a long time. He says “super” quite often.

Zeroken

A young Overlord and self-proclaimed heir of the legendary Great Demon Fist, Goldion. He appears while Killia and the others are fighting the Lost and helps them, even though no one asked him to. He can be stubborn, but has a flexible mindset, changing his attitude depending on who he’s interacting with.
