La Disney ha smantellato Lucasarts cancellando tutti i progetti che avevano in cantiere dopo l'acquisizione di Lucasfilm concedendo la licenza del brand ad EA //content.invisioncic.com/a283374/emoticons/sisi.gif

Perciò non penso proprio che questo titolo sarà basato sulla licenza di Star Wars :none:

Sony registra i marchi "Entwined" e “Kill Strain”

Sony has registered for a pair of new trademarks with the USPTO.“Entwined” and “Kill Strain” were filed for on April 14 and April 15 respectively. And on April 17 and April 18, the two names entered the Trademark Reporting and Monitoring System.

Entwined and Kill Strain are both intended to be used for game software. More specifically, the two trademarks pertain to “Computer game software; Downloadable computer game software via a global computer network and wireless devices; Video game software”.

Could either of these two registrations be related to upcoming, unannounced titles for Sony’s platforms?

Several days ago Sony registered a couple of new trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. One of those registered trademarks was recently trademarked in Europe as well. Entwined is more than likely going to be a new game introduced by Sony. The fact that Entwined has received two trademark registrations in these last few days shows that Sony is really serious about this IP.

Visto che l'altro topic (questo http://forum.spaziogames.it/board/showthread.php?t=481010) è dedicato a Entwined, ne apro un altro dedicato a quest'altro marchio, visto che, secondo rumor, si trattano di due giochi diversi tra loro.

Sony ha registrato due nuovi marchi i cui dettagli sono visibili pubblicamente sul sito del Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS). I titoli hanno rispettivamente il nome di Entwined e Kill Strain, e sono chiaramente due giochi vista la descrizione riportata: "video game software". Le date di registrazione sono il 14 ed il 15 aprile, e i due nomi non sono mai stati menzionati dalla casa giapponese. Allo stato attuale delle cose non ci è dato sapere nulla a riguardo, e possiamo lavorare davvero solo di fantasia. Potrebbe trattarsi di due giochi pronti ad essere annunciati durante l'E3 ad esempio. Solo il tempo saprà darci una risposta concreta.

For those that aren’t familiar with it, Dark Chronicle is the original title of Level 5′s beloved JRPG Dark Cloud 2, released for PS2 in 2002 (2003 in the west).

The trademark is indeed the same as the old one (as can be seen by the identical image), that was left to expire in July last year.

Now the question is if Sony will actually do something with it. A new registration almost a year after the trademark’s expiration seems to indicate a positive answer, but there’s no way to be sure for now.

Sequel diretto pure a me. Sequel spirituale (ovvero: ne riprende stile visivo, atmosfera, BS action, e magari la creazione delle città...) invece sarebbe tanta roba. Rogue galaxy è un buon esempio di quasi-seguito spirituale di quella serie.
