GIOCHI FINITI 2016

Gennaio

1) Kirby Adventure Wii (Wii)

Primo gioco iniziato e finito di questo 2016. Premetto che sono un grandissimo fan di Kirby, lo seguo sin dal Game Boy con Kirby Dream Land. Il gioco per chi interessato mi è durato una quindicina di ore recuperando tutti gli oggetti ed extra e quindi completandolo al 100 %. Che dire, il livello di sfida è nettamente più basso di altri platform per Wii come l'immenso DKC Returns, tuttavia se non ci si limita ad andare per dritto a completare i livelli ma recuperando i vari ingranaggi nascosti nei vari stage il livello di sfida si fa più interessante. Ovviamente niente di impossibile o frustrante , ma alcuni ingranaggi possono richiedere di rigiocare più volte un determinato livello per capire dove sono nascosti e/o come recuperarli, aumentando di conseguenza la longevità. Nota positiva sulla grafica, molto colorata, sul sonoro con musichette scanzonate che da sempre accompagnano i giochi di Kirby e su vari power up sparsi nei livelli, ognuno con le sue peculiarità, che a seconda dei casi risulta essere imprescindibile per recuperare i vari extra nei livelli.

Concludo infine sulla trama, niente di epocale e non è certo il tipo di gioco dove trovare la storia accattivante, tuttavia ti lascia un simpatico colpo di scena / imprevisto, giocare per credere.

Giudizio Finale : Positivo, un gioco imprescindibile per ogni fan di Kirby e caldamente consigliato per i fan del platform gaming.

Gioco folle nella presentazione e nelle meccaniche, tanto monotasto quanto ESTREMAMENTE profonde. Il che me l'ha fatto odiare, la curva di difficoltà è a caso (terzultimo e penultimo livello della modalità puzzle da bestemmie, l'ultimo il più imbarazzante di tutti) e "purtroppo" ti spinge a giocare in un'unico modo (magic cube) in tutte le modalità tranne IQ. Con un po' più di cura sui contenuti poteva essere uno dei migliori puzzle game mai giocati, anche se sulle meccaniche come detto è già quasi perfetto. Voglio il sequel fatto bene, soprattutto la modalità battaglia per quelle due orette che ci ho passato è stata bellissima. Ciò non toglie che sia scarso .-.

Secondo titolo della serie che dimostra come questa sia una serie che non ha più nulla da dire. Io direi di lasciarla morire piuttosto che proseguirla così. Le idee interessanti ci sono, le gag sono divertentissime e il gioco ha pure i suoi momenti ben fatti ed accattivanti, è quasi tutto ok, ma l'intero gioco sembra forzato. Gli Alpha Dream sarebbe ora di metterli su altro, o dare questa serie ad un altro team scoinvolgendola, perchè non ha davvero più nulla da dire, e lo si notava già da Dream Team. Ogni capitolo è più moscio del precedente e se proseguiamo per questa via finiremo nell'insufficenza per me. L'ho finito per inerzia alla fin fine, il voto è comunque alto perchè di cose bene ne fa tante, come ho scritto, ma questa perenne sensazione che stiano sempre tirando tutto per le lunghe inizia ad essere fastidiosa.

in Ys devo terminare ancora l'ultima run, nel reparto gameplay il migliore Ys, si vede che prende la base di Felghana e la migliora in ogni punto. Ma putroppo non basta per essere il gioco superiore, troppa ripetizione nelle tre run, e poi l'ambientazione da quello che si aspetta in Ys e un po deludente, troppo monotona e generica (fuoco, acqua, deserto etc.)

Della serie sicuramente non riuscirò a comprare max 20 giochi come speravo

Secondo gioco finito quest'anno, 61h circa per platinare un buon gioco che soffre di un'eccessiva ripetività.

Un sequel può sicuramente migliorare parecchi aspetti.

Finito dopo 60 ore I/O un altro capolavoro di Takumi Nakazawa

Che dire dopo la prima route non m'aspettavo di amarlo cosi tanto, lo messo pure in pausa qualche mese fa. La settimana scorsa lo ripreso, e finito oggi, come una droga, l'ultimo VN che mi so mangiato cosi velocemente era Remember11 anche li Nakazawa come scenario writer e director!

E il VN piu complesso che ho letto finora, poi con setting scifi/cyberpunk fatto veramente alla perfezione, con worldbuilding davvero straordinario, un vocabolario/wiki ingame gigante piu grande che ho visto finora. Poi il fatto che alla fine quasi ogni domanda ha una risposta, anche essendo cosi complesso, riescono a spiegartelo in modo comprensibile, davvero un gran lavoro!!

Quasi tutti pg con backstory interessante, il loro design insieme a quello di R11 quello piu speciale dei VN di Nakazawa/Uchikoshi direi. Li dove non riesce a raggiungere R11, e il motivo piu grande perche non riesce a superarlo e il pacing!

Come pacing lo metterei in mezzo ad Remember 11 che ha un pacing perfetto ed Ever17 che per me prima del finale aveva un pacing molto lento. Il problema piu grosso erano le scene di battaglia, gli mancavono degli effetti speciali, e si vede che avevano poco budget per farli, e questo li rendeva troppo repetitivi, altrimenti con budget superiore poteva anche funzionare, la descrizione delle battaglie erano sempre pieni di adrenalina ed exciting, purtroppo si vedeva poco di questo.

Invece cosa fa molto meglio di R11 e anche il resto della serie, e proprio la lore, le storie background dei pg, e tutti elementi molto attuali ed interessanti integrati nella trama del gioco a perfezione, un paio di esempi di temi che si trovano nel gioco: Virtual Reality MMO, dipendenza Internet, Che cos'è la realtà? e cos'è virtuale?, hacking e cracking, ciberterrorismo, l'effetto della luna sull'uomo, molto sulla mitologia di Babylon, Many worlds interpretation, il quasi sempre presente gatto di schrödinger e tanti altri asd

Come trama dei giochi piu recenti mi ricorda proprio un po SMT: Soul Hackers, solo con temi piu attuali e moderni, si sente che Soul Hackers era degli anni 90, in quei tempi il futuro si vedeva in un modo un po diverso da adesso. Ma la cosa che mi stupisce che I/O e uscito nel 2006 su PS2 in giappone, dieci anni fa, incredibile.

Penso che I/O Nakazawa l'ha fatto cosi complesso, perche aveva un po di rabbia di non aver potuto concludere come voleva R11, li l'ending proprio e rimasto aperto, con tante domande, che per fortuna ci si puo arrivare da soli, ma si sente che mancava proprio completamente una route. Ha incluso proprio quasi ogni elemento scientifico e tanti elementi filosofici in I/O, ce la messa proprio tutta a mettere in confusione e far girare la testa a tutti lettori asd, ma proprio per questi motivi I/O per me rimarrà nel cuore come esperienza unica, nessun altro VN mi ha fatto riflettere cosi tanto, anche paragonandolo al mondo di oggi e come viviamo al momento!

Non vedo l'ora di iniziare Root Double adesso, sembra piu un titolo "Infinity", I/O invece ha un feeling diverso dal resto dei VN citati sopra, ma si sente che Nakazawa era il scenario writer. Non penso che vedremo un altro VN cosi complesso nei prossimi anni, non vuol dire che un Root Double e altri VN non li sono, ma con I/O veramente ha raggiunto un altro livello, qualche volte forse troppo, percio e anche meglio che non tutti VN sono cosi, altrimenti ogni giorno avrei mal di testa asd, ma proprio questo lo rende cosi speciale un bel inizio del anno per me con questo VN, e ce ne saranno molti altri nel 2016 //content.invisioncic.com/a283374/emoticons/sisi.gif
