Il problema che il mio blacklog i giochi mi interessano tutti e x vari motivi mai finiti o mai cominciati
Vorrei seguire un percorso ma ogni volta che guardo cartella mi sale ansia e vorrei giocarli tutti subito ma nn è possibile

io di solito faccio un lista ristretta di quelli che mi invogliano di più e poi decido a seconda del periodo cosa è meglio iniziare
già anche solo giocarne uno massimo due in contemporanea (solitamente uno grosso e uno di contorno) può invogliarti di più a portarli a termine...
sicuramente se un gioco non ingrana non ingrana, ma iniziarne uno e poi un altro e poi un altro e poi un altro è solamente deleterio

Attualmente ho un backlog chilometrico. Bei tempi quando giocavo su Ps Vita: compravo, finivo, compravo altro.

Mi servirebbe 1 anno intero da dedicare SOLO ai videogiochi... cosa impossibile in questo mondo :(

Poi ho Ps Vita ma niente in backlog... anzi l'ho ripresa da poco e non ho giochi!^^ Sto aspettando gli sconti che non arrivano mai.

Ho ripreso da poche settimane pure il 3DS. Ho giocato quasi tutto ai tempi, quindi, per ora, non ho ancora preso niente, poi si vedrà.

L'importante è avere le ultime 2 console, che sono portatili e le adoro

I miei giochi di lancio per PS5 saranno Demon's Souls e il nuovo COD, che mi accompagneranno almeno fino a Natale (insieme a qualche gioco in retro e a Bugsnax che verrà dato sul Plus)
Su Switch mi ha abbastanza deluso Pumpkin Jack, un titolato di suo carino da giocare a Halloween, ma con un comparto tecnico disastroso e pieno di bug game breaking (sono stato costretto a ricominciare il gioco una volta arrivato a 3/4). Peccato

Quoto i pareri del Vault:

Negli ultimi giorni ho finito un po' di giochi:

- Splatoon 2 single player: carino, ma fatico a trovarmi pienamente a mio agio coi controlli. Tradisce molto la sua natura multiplayer, sarebbe stato molto più godibile con un moveset meno ingessato (tipo un tuffo rapido alla odyssey, o armi intercambiabili al volo, ) Posso però capire chi si è innamorato, ha la profondità per passarci sopra centinaia o migliaia di ore in multiplayer. Stilisticamente é fin troppo infantile, apprezzo le battute sul mondo ittico ma non se ripetute allo sfinimento (soprattutto nei telegiornali all'avvio del gioco ). La cornucopiandi sbloccabili invece mi fa solo venire il nervoso Bello il boss finale, i crescendo musicali sono sempre apprezzatissimo dal sottoscritto.
Online sono a lvl 10, ho sbloccato il basket-vongole anche se alla prima partita senza leggere come funzionava é stato un trauma (sospetto che pure compagni e avversari non lo sapessero, é durato una vita quel match ). Nei match amichevoli non so come ma sono quasi sempre tra i primi due migliori come punteggio, pure se mi abbinano con gente di livello 50 o piú, si vede che coloro meglio degli altri ma mi pare strano. Continuerò a giocarci ogni tanto a tempo perso, soprattutto devo provare bene la modalità orda.

-Spyro 2 Reignited: stesse impressioni che mi diede il primo remake all'uscita: un lavorone di rifacimento, ma si sono messi d'impegno per renderlo il più possibile pacioccoso, snaturandolo un po'. Mi sa che la prossima rigiocata nel 2040 me la farò con i vecchi dischi ps1, coi modelli squadrati, le vecchie voci e le tinte piú lugubri. Se davvero non hanno toccato nulla dei controlli chapeau, é molto molto più fluido di come lo ricordassi, nulla da invidiare ad un platform moderno. Ah, é tremendamente facile, certe sfide che ricordo mi fecero penare l'inferno da bambino qua le vinco con una mano sola

- Sonic Mania: una BOMBA. Non sono un sonic fan, ho finito solo il 2 tipo 10 anni fa facendo abbastanza fatica, non trovandomi proprio col moveset e il Level design. Qua invece é un puro idillio. La cosa più impressionante é come tutto si leghi fluidamente, in maniera assolutamente intuitiva, non si spezza mai totalmente il ritmo come invece ricordavo mi succedeva in tutti gli altri sonic da me provati... E questo vale per ogni percorso, alto-basso-medio, e da quel poco che ho visto vale pure per ogni personaggio. I boss sono spettacolari, un mix di inventiva, sfida e simpatia. Stile di animazioni, sfondi e sound davvero inebriante, c'é proprio un'immersione piena nei temi di ogni zona, e non trovo davvero un livello che possa definire brutto, o che mi è pesato riaffrontare 3-4 volte dopo un game over. Ora che mi sento finalmente "svezzato" per apprezzare il porcospino blu, sarà anche curioso riprovare sonic 1-2-3-K-CD per capire se ora riuscirò ad apprezzare pienamente pure loro...


... Ma spinto da una malsana curiosità, ho iniziato Forces Che é tutto quello scritto per Mania, ma ribaltato

Ultimo o penultimo aggiornamento prima di tirare le fila dell'annata.

Florence è estremamente gradevole e curato nella presentazione, che nella sua breve durata dimostra una apprezzabile inventiva nel proporre metodi originali di interazione narrativa. L'unico grande limite di questa piccola esperienza è nella storia proposta, che per molti potrà sicuramente risultare toccante nella sua semplicità, ma che personalmente ho trovato davvero troppo generica e stereotipata per catturare il mio interesse. Anche preso con calma il gioco richiede poco più di un'oretta per arrivare ai titoli di coda, ma non nascondo che ho comunque trovato il tempo di annoiarmi. Peccato. Al giusto prezzo può comunque valere la pena.

Momodora: Reverie under the moonlight è un'altra perla che ho colto l'occasione di recuperare con il Gamepass. Si tratta dell'ennesimo metroidvania indie, ma a mio parere vale sicuramente la pena di essere recuperato. La pixel art e le animazioni sono curatissime nella loro essenzialità le ambientazioni, pur non particolarmente originali ricche di atmosfera – atmosfera che il comparto sonoro riesce egregiamente a catturare e amplificare. La storia praticamente non c'è ma va bene così, il senso dell'esplorazione riesce anche da solo a mantenere costante il senso di progressione. Forse avrebbe potuto osare di più per quanto riguarda le boss fights, raramente sorprendenti, ma funzionano benissimo anche così.

Slay the spire l'ho giochicchiato durante a mia esperienza con il Gamepass. Presentazione così così e meccaniche piuttosto semplici, però la formula del deck-builder procedurale è di per sé vincente. Ho la sensazione che ci siano margini di miglioramento e non ho dubbi che negli anni vedremo il genere evolversi, ma anche allo stato attuale è sicuramente già un passatempo molto gradevole.

Su Hollow knight c'è poco da girarci intorno, è un capolavoro da qualunque punto di vista. Qualità e qualità abbondantemente oltre qualunque ragionevole aspettativa. In questi anni se ne è già parlato tanto e a ragione, in queste poche righe non credo riuscirei ad aggiungere molto a quanto è già stato detto. Per citare solo l'aspetto che fra i tanti più mi ha impressionato, il modo in cui riesce a mantenere altissimo il senso di meraviglia e di esplorazione per decine e decine di ore senza perdere un colpo è francamente incredibile e forse insuperato. Per chi non l'avesse ancora recuperato, sappiate che se avete un minimo interesse nel genere questo è un titolo assolutamente imperdibile. Se posso dare un solo consiglio, durante la prima run lasciate da parte i contenuti delle due espansioni principali (Grimm's troupe e Godmaster) e recuperateli a qualche tempo di distanza: non aggiungono nulla di particolarmente interessante e potrebbero aggiungere fin troppa carne al fuoco per un titolo già di per sé vastissimo e densissimo di contenuti. Personalmente, sicuramente per Silksong non aspetterò così tanto.

Ys: The oath in Felghana è stato il mio primo approccio a una serie che mi incuriosiva da molto, ma devo dire che non mi ha catturato quanto sperassi. L'ho giocato su PSP perché pensavo che per la portabilità avrebbe giovato a un gioco di questo tipo, ma mi sento di sconsigliarlo: ho trovato che l'azione non fosse leggibile in modo ottimale – vuoi per la definizione non stellare dello schermo, vuoi per la rapidità di movimento del personaggio e per il numero di nemici spesso presenti a schermo, vuoi per il banale fatto che data la concitazione dell'azione è difficile mantenere stabile la console e il suo schermo relativamente piccolo – e anche dal punto di vista dei controlli può risultare fisicamente faticoso su sessioni medio-lunghe. A ciò si aggiungono boss fights altalenanti, in certi casi eccessivamente punitive e/o prolisse, e che giocano pericolosamente sulla linea fra lo sfidante e il frustrante. La mia esperienza con il gioco è stata tutto sommato positiva, ma prima di arrivare al finale ho deciso di abbandonarlo perché sinceramente ho trovato che a lungo andare né la storia (molto banale) né il gameplay giustificassero tutto l'impegno richiesto. Non escludo di provare ad avvicinarmi di nuovo alla serie, ma eventualmente non sarà sicuramente su console portatile.

Infine giusto una citazione per Outrun, che ho scaricato per un prezzo irrisorio su Switch e che è, come sempre, semplicemente favoloso e perfetto. Nota di merito per le nuove tracce della colonna sonora aggiunte in questa edizione, di una qualità letteralmente commovente.

Attualmente sto giocando Yakuza kiwami 2, mio secondo incontro con la serie dopo lo 0, e che sto apprezzando ancora di più del precedente. Ho già ordinato anche le rimasterizzazioni di 3, 4 e 5, pur non essendo affatto giochi perfetti da nessun punto di vista devo dire che piano piano mi ci sto sinceramente affezionando.

Completato Hitman Absolution, e con questo ho finito il pacchetto degli Hitman comprati su Steam a due spicci anni fa.
Ho iniziato a giocare questo capitolo senza leggere nulla a riguardo. Ricordavo recensioni stra-positive alla sua uscita, se la memoria non mi inganna ne parlavano come "un vero Hitman next-gen" che aveva limato alcuni spigoli dei capitoli precedenti. Ma poi ho scoperto che adesso viene considerato la pecora nera della saga ed è odiato dai fan più accaniti.
Nel mio caso, nonostante alcuni difetti innegabili, questo capitolo si è fatto apprezzare.
I livelli sono più lineari rispetto ai vecchi giochi e ci sono sezioni in cui bisogna soltanto andare da un punto A and un punto B, ma le sezioni con obbiettivi da assassinare offrono una buona varietà di approcci e le "uccisioni tipiche" sono soddisfacenti.
Si è data tanta enfasi alla componente narrativa, ma la storia non è niente di che ed è anche abbastanza imbarazzante in alcuni punti. Ho rivalutato l'esperianza in parte solo alla seconda run (fatta per arrivare al 100%), in cui ho selezionate l'inglese. L'interpretazione di alcuni attori (Keith Carradine e Steven Bauer su tutti) esalta in qualche modo la storiellina scialba di 47 che deve salvare la classica ragazzina "McGuffin".
Il difetto più grande secondo me è il cambiamento al sistema di travestimenti, in cui gli NPC che indossano il tuo stesso vestito possono scoprirti comunque. Questo ti forza a dover giocare "a nascondino" per l'intero gioco, a meno che uno non voglia sterminare tutti gli NPC o giocare a difficoltà normale (pfff...n000b) ed abusare dell'istinto.

Venendo ai lati positivi, controllare 47 adesso è molto più fluido rispetto ai vecchi giochi, in cui a volte la legnosità del sistema di controllo rendeva difficile eseguire azioni che richiedevano rapidità e precisione e potevano fare la differenza se si cercava di ottenere il rating di "silent assassin".
E le Challange sono un qualcosa di cui la serie secondo me aveva bisogno. Titilla il mio spirito completista e ti spinge ad adottare tutti gli approcci possibili per uccidere un obbiettivo o completare un livello. Grazie a loro Absolution mi ha tenuto impegnato per ben 90 ore
