Nel corso di una recente intervista, il Lead Designer Wojciech Piejko ha infatti offerto un potenziale teaser sul prossimo progetto di Bloober Team. Interrogato in merito dalla redazione di VG24/7, lo sviluppatore ha formulato un risposta alquanto sibillina.

"Non si può mai dire... - ha esordito Plejko - Si tratta sempre di un 'okay, quindi adesso che cosa facciamo?' Magari Observer 2, o forse...ce lo chiediamo costantemente. Quindi non teniamo chiusa nessuna porta, ma per ora possiamo dire soltanto che dietro a quelle porte ci sarà dell'oscurità".

Non si fermano più
Sono bravi. Ho giocato i due Layers of Fear (stupendi, giocateli assolutamente, soprattutto il primo) e sono impegnato con Blair Witch al momento (altro horror interessante). Attendo The Medium e devo recuperare anche Observer.
Io affiderei a loro lo sviluppo di un nuovo Silent Hill.

Curioso del nuovo progetto... Si tratterà sicuramente di un altro horror.

Come dicevo nel topic rumor di Silent Hill, a me loro piacciono molto. Sanno cosa vuol dire horror psicologico, magari hanno qualche lacuna sul lato gameplay, ma in quanto ad atmosfera, ci sanno fare. Si vede che il genere horror ce l'hanno nel sangue.

Hanno clamorose lacune, purtroppo e considerando che i veri Survival Horror NON nascono seguendo la filosofia del nasconditi e scappa, confermo che sono gli ultimi che vorrei vedere al lavoro sul ritorno di una serie così importante: il discorso cambierebbe se si occupassero semplicemente di uno spin-off "sperimentale", fuori dalla loro comfort zone ad ogni modo hanno davvero tutto da dimostrare (e non è neppure detto che abbiano il desiderio di smuoversi da lì).
