Massimiliamo Natalucci, 45, is one of the two Italians who survived the attack to the Bataclan concert hall.
He has been lightly wounded to one leg, but didn’t need to be hospitalized, according to his mother, Rossana Rossi Magi, who talked to him on the phone early this morning.
Mr. Natalucci is from Senigallia, in the Marche region, but has been living in Belgrade for the past two years. He’s passionate about rock music, so he went to the concert at the Bataclan with his friend Laura Appolloni, who had bought the tickets.
“He told me he was standing at just two meters from one of the attackers. He managed to lie on the ground, pretending to be dead, and then moved away passing though the dead bodies of other victims,” Ms. Rossi Magi said.
Mr. Natalucci was supposed to fly back to Belgrade next Tuesday. Ms. Appolloni needs surgery to remove a bullet from one shoulder, so he is staying with her in Paris at the hospital.
