Highlights about Sony/Nintendo/Microsoft

• Sony should be conservative, not a great timing for new announcements from their first party developers.
• Square Enix's Chrono Cross revival could be a PS5 exclusive. Nate only explicitely heard it is coming to PS5. It is not a big project and they are puzzled by Sony potentially spending money to secure it as exclusive.
• They feel it is likely for Sony to show new trailers for their 3rd party exclusives coming by summer of next year.
• Nintendo is a wildcard. Nintendo doesn't need TGA marketing, TGA needs some Nintendo presence.
• They don't expect a Breath of the Wild 2 trailer, they feel Nintendo wants to spotlight it in their own event (Direct or E3 next year).
• Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is their most likely option as a Nintendo reveal. Nintendo wanted to announce it this year as it is coming in 2022. The IP is very active with an engaged fanbase and Nintendo wants to grow the IP. TGA is a great place to showcase the game to a bigger audience (they compared it to Nintendo revealing Bayonetta 3 at TGA 2017).
• Microsoft may be focusing at E3 and hold trailers and announcements for E3 2022. They care about having a E3 event better than the previous year.
• They expect a Hellblade II trailer and think Redfall is a title they feel Microsoft may want to showcase at TGA.

3rd parties

• 3rd parties and indies will be the majority of the announcements.
• In general they feel like Alan Wake 2 tier games are what people should expect in terms of new announcements. AW2 is happening at TGA.
• The new Sonic will be at TGA but they are not fans of Sonic 3D games.
• Something Persona will be at TGA, but it's not a P5R port or a P6 announcement (they briefly mentioned Sony is involved with Persona). They expect something of the caliber of Persona 5 Strikers on GamePass or a old game like Persona 4 Arena ported on modern platforms.
