Te la posto qui sotto spoiler. E' una guida passo-passo: segui l'ordine degli eventi e delle battaglie che ho fatto anch'io (senza perdere tempo con battaglie extra per expare) e dovresti ottenere il requisito della generazione 3. Se expi troppo, rischi che qualche evento (che può essere time-limited) scompaia, e così ti freghi la possibilità di accedere al true end.
Edit:purtroppo postandolo qui, la guida perde il suo layout, perché il sito rimuove tutti gli spazi che secondo lui non servono. Fai un quote del mio messaggio, seleziona tutta la parte della guida e poi fai copia/incolla su un file txt, così da avere una copia della mia guida più chiara. Ricorda poi che nella generazione 4 non ci sono requisiti, se non quello di essere alla fine Neutral (se all'inizio della generazione 5 sei neutral sei a posto, se sei Dark o Light sei spacciato). Questa cosa puoi risolverla facilmente alla fine della generazione, quando le ragazze ti fanno le fatidiche 9 domande. Quando aggiusterai l'allineamento per essere neutral, cerca di essere neutral il più possibile tendente al Dark. Il gioco ti spingerà varie volte automaticamente verso Light, e se finisci per terminare la generazione 5 in Light niente true end. Devi essere Neutral anche alla fine della generazione 5.

Se ti piacciono gli RPG in stile anime, con le scene fatte con ritratti e sotto il testo e non con filmati, potrebbe essere una rivelazione. Il gioco ha un buon sistema di battaglia, piuttosto ricco e vario, le battaglie durano mediamente meno rispetto a quelle di un normale strategico, ma sono di più, quindi il tutto è abbastanza bilanciato, i personaggi sono praticamente tutti molto belli sia come character design che come profilo psicologico, le 5 trame (il gioco è diviso in 5 "capitoli" a formare comunque una trama unica) sono mediamente tutte buone, anche se ovviamente ce ne sono alcune migliori e altre un po' meno belle, e anche le musiche non sono niente male. Il gioco dicevo è diviso in 5 capitoli: ogni capitolo termina con il protagonista che sposa una delle tre ragazze disponibili e nel capitolo seguenti usi il figlio dei due, che farà una nuova avventura su un nuovo continente.

E' abbastanza diverso in tutto. L'unica cosa simile è che sono entrambi JRPG strategici con sprite per rendere i personaggi su arene 3D, e che le scene si svolgono tutte con il ritratto del personaggio a schermo e sotto la finestra di dialogo. Per il resto, come battle system è tutto diverso, le arene hanno sempre forme diverse con una loro morfologia e si sviluppano anche in altezza, la trama è assolutamente demenziale, tutta la parte gestionale è incredibilmente diversa. Io direi che, se ti piace Agarest, ci sono comunque buone possibilità che ti piaccia anche Disgaea. Ma prima ti consiglierei di guardare vari filmati di gameplay per farti un'idea su come funzionano le battaglie, perché sono davvero diverse da Agarest.

Non sono compatibili, non c'è nemmeno bisogno di provare.
Comunque, arriveranno tutti quanti i DLC, ma solo a partire da inizio 2010. Li sfrutterò per bene per il post-game, mi sa. Se equip migliori possono risparmiarmi lo sbattone di fare un centinaio di livelli a colpi di grinding, è sempre buona cosa.

La guida l'ho finita. Sto rigiocando il gioco da capo ricontrollandola. Ovviamente, manca la guida del post-game, che ancora non ho fatto. Nella quarta non ci sono prerequisiti (salvo essere neutrali alla fine tendenti a dark), ma se la vuoi...
Dubito si riesca a finire il Post Game senza il DLC che dà 12.000 EP.... A Cross Edge ho finito il 5-3 solo in quel modo
