Characters

  • Lyra Desias (voiced by Haruka Terui) – A mysterious female warrior with a calm, cool, and collected atmosphere, who is investigating Anbell and Kuken Island for a certain purpose. She teaches Ryza and friends how to fight. She wields a pair of long talons in battle and fights alongside Ryza and friends as a party member.
  • Kiro Shinus (voiced by Shiori Mikami) – A spirit user who fights alone for something important. You will run into Kilo in unexpected places.
  • Agathe Harman (voiced by Masumi Asano) – The popular leader of the guardians that protect Razenboden Village, who watches over Ryza and friends.


New Synthesis System: “Linkage Synthesis”

There are different trees for each recipe. Even the same tree can have a different outcome depending on the route. There is also automatic synthesis.

“Item Rebuild” re-synthesizes items you have previously used. Materials can also be synthesized from the where you left off in the trees of previously synthesized items.

Gathering Point Synthesis

Create entire fields. Synthesize using bottles. By adding more materials, the appearance and the items you can collect will change.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout will launch for PlayStation 4 and Switch on September 26 in Japan, and for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam on October 29 in North America and November 1 in Europe.

Lila Decyrus (voiced by Haruka Terui)

A female warrior shrouded in mystery who accompanies Empel.

Together with Empel, Lila is a roaming female warrior who finds her way to Rasenboden Village.

Though she has a mysterious appearance, she is highly skilled in combat and agrees to teach Ryza and her friends how to fight in real battles.

Lila has a cool and composed demeanor. She uses words sparingly and keeps to the point.

It seems she is surveying the ruins on Kurken Island…

Kilo Shiness (voiced by Shiori Mikami)

A strong-willed spirit user.

A woman referred to as a spirit user who is somewhat frail-looking. In order to protect something important, she continues to fight on her own.

Ryza and company will run into Kilo in unexpected places.

Agatha Harmon (voiced by Masumi Asano)

The top swordsman protecting the village.

The leader of the “Guardians” that protect Rasenboden Village. Among the Guardians, no one can match her skill with a sword.

She is fair and just. While she respects public order, she is not coldhearted and is quite popular among the villagers. She reliably watches over the considerable growth of the little brats that were once a handful.

■ Linkage Synthesis

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout features a completely revamped system interface, which clearly displays the required materials and effects that can be added to items at a glance. With this system, anyone can easily become a beginner alchemist.

—By adding in materials, the connected cells will link.

—Unlocking new cells will uncover new effects.

This new “Linkage Synthesis” system features a fixed number of cells that players can unlock via strategic item placement, extending a variety of different results imbued onto the final product depending on the way the cell branches.

Even with the same recipe, different effects can be acquired depending on how the cell is unlocked. By unlocking the left side of the cell, you can get the “Mountain Breaker” and “Earth Shaker: Medium” effects, while by unlocking the right side of the cell, you can obtain the “Boulder Breaker” and “Oceans in Concert: Medium” effects.

Tips for beginners:

  • Simply adding in the materials that meet the conditions for unlocking the cell is OK.
  • The conditions and details are explained on the screen and are easy to understand, so simply choose and synthesize without worry.
  • There is also an “Automatic Material Add” feature, which chooses and synthesizes materials automatically.
Tips for experts:

  • If the number of materials you can add is limited, be sure to check the cells with the effects you want to obtain.
  • Cells that have two or more unlocked cells connected can be unlocked at the same time by adding materials that meet both cells’ conditions.
With Linkage Synthesis, special change recipe cells can also be uncovered to unlock new recipes, enabling aspiring alchemists to experiment with different items while discovering exciting new results. The conditions for unlocking recipes are easy to understand, and you can develop your own recipes. Finding a change recipe is your opportunity to develop a new recipe.

—By highlighting the “Plajig” material, the change recipe details will appear.

—By adding the materials that meet the conditions to the recipe cell…

—The Plajig will transform into “Shtola Plajig.” Additionally, bonuses such as effects and cell unlocks may also occur.

■ Item Rebuild

The new “Item Rebuild” process allows for synthesized items to be used again during synthesis. Rebuilding an item offers the chance to make it stronger than it was originally built—the more times an item is rebuilt, the more superior it will become.

However, rebuilding an item also causes the amount of dexterity required to increase, limiting the amount of characters who will be able to us them. Choosing between item strength and ease of use is now vital when planning battle strategies.

—By consuming the special “Gem” materials, you can rebuild synthesized items.

—By rebuilding an item, all cells will unlock.

—In addition to having various effects and special traits, the quality will increase 100 percent.

—Even the basic synthesis item Lezerft can be made super powerful through Item Rebuild.

—Rebuild your favorite items to be your strongest items.

La cosa ammetto comunque che mi preoccupa anche, non vorrei arrivasse sul titolo la bigotta mano di Sony.

 




Dialogo tra Ryza e Gust-chan ma non sapendo cosa dicono non so proprio quale sia lo scopo del video. :sard:

Anche a sto giro hanno rilasciato il trailer occidentale nella stessa data di quello giapponese. Ci stanno puntando di più con questo Atelier anche da noi.
