Various developer names can be found in the game. * The gate guards to the village of Broken Valley are called Joris and Paul after designers Joris Vervoort and Paul van Eekelen * There's also a herb in the game called "farhangite" after lead designer Farhang Namdar. Its description reads: "What you think looks like a useless lump does happen to have some redeeming qualities. Among other things, this plant is renowned for getting rid of nasty embarrassing rashes."

Metal Gear Solid 4

During the briefing for the second act of the game, Sunny can be seen walking around playing Penguin Adventure, the first game Hideo Kojima ever worked on, on a PlayStation Portable. If the player gets close enough with the Metal Gear Mk. II, music from the game can be heard playing.

Un altro risvolto poco felice in una vicenda fra le più drammatiche degli anni recenti...

In the aftermath of the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, Irem Software Engineering was forced to cancel the majority of its video game projects, most notably Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories and a sequel to Steambot Chronicles titled "Poncotsu Roman Daikatsugeki Bumpy Trot 2". They then refocused their resources into the slot-machine and pachinko industry, which they were initially a part of prior to becoming a video game company. This lead numerous Irem designers (including producer Kazuma Kujo) to form a new company called Granzella to continue creating video games: notably, they acquired the IP rights to the Disaster Report series and revived Disaster Report 4. Additionally, while no longer involved in the development or release of new games, Irem is still involved in the games industry via licensing their IPs to other companies.

Meaning :rivet:

The game's title references the 3D focus of the game; 'Triple' is derived from the number 3, and the 'Deluxe' can be shortened to its first letter, D. When put together, the title literally becomes "Kirby 3D".

Koopalings rimossi:

Super Princess Peach

The Koopalings were originally going to be a part of the game, but were removed for unknown reasons. Sprites for of all seven of them have been found, with Roy's shell being miscolored as green instead of pink.

Nice detail :woo:

The final boss Milenniummon is incorrectly depicted as having have two red fingers despite official artwork showing him only having one on his top left hand. This error is in both the Wonderswan and Game Boy Advance versions.

In principio dovevano essere dei robots. :morris2:

Cameo famoso :campione:

Sweet Tooth from the Twisted Metal series makes a cameo as Agamo's 4th costume, "Mecha-Sweet Tooth". In most releases of the game the costume can only be unlocked if Twisted Metal: Black is saved on a memory card, though some regional releases treat it as a regular costume.

Costumi speciali:

Tales of Vesperia

Exclusive to the Japanese PS3 version, costumes were available to be downloaded for the main characters, these costumes would be from other Namco franchises, such as a Klonoa costume for Carol, and Mitsurugi from Soul Calibur for Yuri

During the segment of the game when playing as Ashley, it is possible to open a door into a Zealot to stun them and then perform Leon's suplex move on them. This glitch is only present in the GameCube version of the game, and was edited out in all other versions.

Le ragioni di un crossover decisamente particolare:

Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga

According to Toshihiro Kondo during an interview in Issue #459 of Dengeki PlayStation Magazine, Ys vs. Trails in the Sky was made because Nihon Falcom wished to make use of the PlayStation Portable's wireless ad hoc local multiplayer function, which they had been unable to work into their JRPG titles. They also felt that while both Trails and Ys were JRPGs, both series had many themes related to battle and conflict, lending them a natural transition into a fighting game.

Gex: Enter the Gecko

In the stage "www.dotcom.com", there is a secret tipball, which when accessed, gives you an old web address where you had several tips and cheats of the game.

The URL has long since been defunct, but can be accessed via the Wayback Machine.

During the opening cutscene, a number of posters for the band "Combichrist" can be seen on the side of each TV. Combichrist provided the soundtrack to the game.

Original meaning :coosaa:

Redemption's original title, "Aruku You na Hayasa de" ("At A Walking Pace"), was changed to "Redemption" to fit the "Re-" format of the other American titles. It was the only game title to retain none of its original meaning. The title "At a Walking Pace" is given to the second-to-last special in-game cutscene viewable in the game's Movie Player.

Easy Mode:

Super Mario Land 2

Pressing Select on the File Select screen will cause Mario to shrink and activate Easy Mode, indicated by those words appearing on-screen before selecting a file and just before a selected stage finishes loading. In Easy Mode, there are fewer enemies in levels, some mini-bosses such as Floating Faces take one hit to be defeated, and certain sections in Mario's Castle are less tricky to navigate.

Info su un luuungo sviluppo

According to a 1999 Nice Games magazine interview with game's director Hideo Kojima, he was asked if the game was originally released for the PC-9821 computer, knowing that it had a very long development cycle:

"Yeah, that was crazy. It was progressing pretty well at first, and by 1990 I had all the storyboarding done—I did it all myself, you see. But thanks to a department transfer at Konami, and the PC Engine port of Snatcher, for awhile I didn’t have much time to work on it. So then when we were working on the PC-9821 version, by that point there was already talk about the next-gen hardware, and that’s how it ended up getting ported to the 3DO, Playstation, and Saturn."
