Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater

In Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, the Tsuchinoko is an invisible snake that is undetectable by Radar and Thermal Goggles. Capturing and keeping it until the end of the game unlocks a special face camo that gives the player unlimited ammo on their next play-through.

The Tsuchinoko (ツチノコ) is a legendary snake-like cryptid from Japan. The name tsuchinoko is prevalent in Western Japan, including Kansai and Shikoku; the creature is known as bachi hebi in Northeastern Japan.

Mario Tennis on the Game Boy Color and Mario Kart Tour are the only Mario multiplayer games where Mario is unlockable. In terms of single-player games, Mario is also unlockable in the single-player mode of Mario Golf on Nintendo 64, as well as Super Mario 64 DS.

Brava N.

In the FMV of the PlayStation and DS releases, Robo is the only playable character without a special ending.

Massimo rispetto per Samus:

Metroid Prime

To help development reach its finish, Retro Studios licensed out a PHP-based bug tracker called Mantis, working with Nintendo of America's product testing division to find bugs and the team's producers would enter bug reports.

Eventually, Metroid Prime went gold on October 29, 2002 at 2:21 AM, less than a month before the release date to give time to manufacture game discs. Programmer Zoid Kirsch described it as one of the most memorable days of his life, commemorating it by getting the development team's signatures on a magazine poster. Notably, none of the developers signed on Samus because they had a large amount of respect for the character.

The game features six factions, but only three are joinable: Rebels, Orc mercenaries, and Hashishin.

Killer Instinct Gold

Killer Instinct: Gold started out as "Killer Instinct 2" for the SNES, late in the console's life. Production eventually moved to the N64, and the game's title was changed to Killer Instinct: Gold.

By killing all of the vultures in the mission, "End of the Road," the intended target will attempt to escape by running into the desert, only to be run over by an ice cream truck.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky

When localizing the game into English, Xseed Games' editors found themselves challenged by the game's script, which has approximately 1.5 million Japanese characters in it. According to lead editor Jessica Chavez, many other companies had been put off localizing it specifically because of its length, and during the process she had "worked from home 11-14hrs a day, 6 days/week, lost 7lbs, cut off 18inches of my hair and used the XSEED twitter account to further the cause of bacon on more than one occasion". Ultimately, the company had to employ three translators, two editors (one of whom was brought on to help finish chapter 4 of the game), and "one or two other helpful Sora no Kiseki experts that didn’t mind spontaneous Instant Messages asking about whether or not certain characters would be at home saying things like, 'Lo! I am hoist with my own petard!'".

Un concept ripreso

The concept of Mario riding a dinosaur was first concieved for Super Mario Bros., but was considered impossible from a technical standpoint. Eventually, this concept would be used in Super Mario World with Yoshi.

Un po' di storia

In 1/92 interview with the game's producer Shigeru Miyamoto published in the edition of Famicom Tsuushin magazine, he revealed that him and his team began developing the game at the same time as Super Mario World. Even back when they initially revealed the Super Famicom at the company in July, 1989, their plan had always had been to make and release the game alongside Super Mario World as a launch title for the new system. They were hoping to release the game in March of 1991, but it was delayed into the Summer, until it was finally released on the one-year anniversary of the release of the Super Famicom on November 21, 1991.

Mario Kart: Double Dash

By datamining a demo build of the game, an image of Donkey Kong Jr. can be found, suggesting that he may have been planned to appear in the game instead of Diddy Kong. Interestingly, Diddy Kong's internal filename in the final version is listed as "dk_jr," suggesting that Diddy's appearance may have been a later addition.

Omaggio

On page 18 of the manual, specifically the third bullet point, it states:

"The Plus and Minus barrels are found on the roller coaster level. The plus barrels add time to the timer, the minus barrels will send you to the minus world! (Uhh... wrong game. Actually they will take seconds away from the timer)."

This is a nod to the infamous minus world glitch in Super Mario Bros.

Tiptup is a recurring NPC character in the Banjo-Kazooie series that, along with Banjo, also made his debut in Diddy Kong Racing in 1997. However, Tiptup was originally the name of a turtle in Dream: Land of Giants, the game that would eventually morph into Banjo-Kazooie. Halfway through the development of BK, the development team behind Diddy Kong Racing (or Pro-Am 64 as it was called before Diddy Kong was included later on) were in need of names for their racers, one of which happened to be a turtle, and thus it was given the Tiptup name. Tiptup was then incorporated into future Rare games like Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie.

There is a lavafall in Dodongo's Cavern that can be jumped through to find a secret room that contains one recovery heart. This room is unique in that the Lens of Truth does not reveal its location, suggesting that there is no known official way in-game to learn that the room exists.

Per Oro ed Argento o Gold and Silver, vi lascio qualcosa di molto interessante.
Un video di approfondimento sulle origini di Lugia. Piacerà anche al ninja, nonostante abbia un pessimo rapporto con la saga.
