There is an image that flashes very briefly on the screen shortly after Asellus wakes up at the start of her chapter. The image is actuallySpoiler: the last memory Asellus had before her death and rebirth, as she was run over and killed by a carriage, and revived by a transfusion of mystic blood.

Oscuro ed impenetrabile :coosaa:

In a 1994 Hippon Super and Game-on magazines interview, the game's field graphics designer Tomoe Inazawa wanted the Serpent Trench's ocean floor less shallow-looking by making it darker and more impenetrable, realistic and alluring than how the ocean appeared in previous Final Fantasy games: "Well, in reality, that’s how the ocean floor is: dark and impenetrable. What has been depicted in earlier games is really a shallower image of the ocean. So I was thinking about how to convey something more realistic, so I made it dark. Dark and alluring."

Mega Man 3

In the Japanese version a room near the end of Wily stage 1 has a different layout. The international layout removes the platform in the middle of the screen and moves the weapon capsules to a lower platform on the far right, probably to make them easier to get to. This also forces the player to switch weapons mid-air if they don't want to refill Rush Coil or Rush Jet.

Didn't i tell you, how great it was? :sottosotto:

Questa è piuttosto famosa:nefarious:

Near the end of Doom 3, before the player faces the Cyberdemon, turning left will bring the player to a brick with the id Software logo printed on it. Interracting with this brick opens up a secret room containing a PDA from id Software themselves. The PDA contains messages from the id Software staff, thanking the player for playing through to the end of the game.

Earthworm Jim

On the Sega CD Special Edition release, there are several codes that will change Jim's head. One of these alternate heads appears to be Donkey Kong's with an arrow through it. This was a stab at the wildly popular Donkey Kong Country, which was perceived as overshadowing the release of Earthworm Jim, despite being released several months later.

Rudra no Hihō was never localized outside of Japan; it was released late in the life of the Super Famicom, and western video game developers were already gearing up for newer systems such as the Sony PlayStation, however fan translations have been done.

This is the first Megami Tensei game to feature the artwork and character design of Kazuma Kaneko.

Kirby's Adventure

Because the NES had a higher resolution and the fact that it, in general, could fit more on screen and allow for bigger environments, Masahiro Sakurai claimed to have problems with Kirby's float ability as it became far more powerful then it was on the Game Boy. The game director and his team cleverly resolved this by creating the game's large information panel UI on the lower-third of the game screen, which was also perfect because the developers could show off unique artwork and info to the player based on the game's new copy ability system.

A Game Boy Color version of the game was released. This version of the game was top down (unlike the PC & Nintendo 64 releases), and was influenced by the NES title The Legend of Zelda. It was never released in the United States.

Disgaea: Hour of Darkness

There is a secret room in Laharl's castle. To get to it, the player must press a hidden button behind Laharl's throne, and another one on the skull on the counter of The Rosen Queen store. Then, in the big hall with Longinus, investigate the corner behind a Prinny complaining about a breeze. This will lead to Etna's secret chamber, where she will store her diary. Reading the diary in every chapter will reward you with an item called "Testament". In the later ports, this also unlocks Etna Mode after beating the game.

Vi siete mai chiesti cosa c'è sotto il collare di Nemissa? Beh, Kaneko in persona ci ha dato la risposta taaanto tempo fa :saw:

Muramasa: The Demon Blade is a game lauded for its absolutely gorgeous 2D graphics (to give you an idea, this is a screenshot of actual gameplay footage◊). The entire game also takes up less than a gigabyte (0.62 GB, to be exact, about twice the size of Wii Sports), and 0.49 GB of that is just the soundtrack.

Pandemonium

When this game was released in Japan it appeared under the title "Magical Hoppers" with characters, music, story and cut scenes completely changed. The Saturn Japanese version got complete anime cut scenes while the PlayStation only getting anime stills.

Taglia e cuci

The opening cutscene in the North American version of the game was put together by the Working Designs localization team, using splices of scenes from the ending sequence in addition to new gameplay footage the staff put together themselves. The video is overlaid with a rock-n-roll song that was not composed by game composer Kohei Tanaka. Victor Ireland explained the original Japanese introduction didn't get everyone too excited about playing the game, and made their own intro for this reason. If you let the title screen idle for long enough, the original Japanese intro starts playing.

Patapon 3 is the only game in the series to implement a pause and a backward march function. However, they are only accessible by playing a hidden song. The pause song can only be used in single-player mode, while the backward march can only be used in multiplayer mode.

Versione cancellata:

Fighting Force

A Sega Saturn version was planned, with Sega of Europe securing publishing rights to the game, but ended up being cancelled at the very end of development. The game was eventually leaked online in 2008.
