Within the pattern of a given chapter, having air battle, land battle, boss battle, I would say in terms of time, from air combat to land combat it would probably be a roughly one to three ratio. The game is set so that Palutena can grant Pit the power of flight for only up to five minutes, so in that sense it's limited to a specific amount of time. My thought on that was that if the air combat was too long, the user might get bored of that same type of gameplay, and it also gave me an opportunity to make that a very focused and tailored experience within those five minutes. In the ground battle stages, however, you have the ability to move along at your own pace, to explore a little bit, tactics might be different from player to player. In that sense the ground battles will most often be a lot longer than the time spent in the air. And that one to three time does not include the boss battles." - Masahiro Sakurai

A me le sezioni a piedi sembrano quelle meno riuscite:dsax:

Sakurai on whether multiplayer will be online…

“We’re still in the middle of looking at the options for the wireless multiplayer mode, and I would say it’s not totally out of the realm of possibility that we might end up not being able to implement the Wi-Fi online mode, but we’re moving forward in development with the understanding and intention of making that a feature.”

The following information comes from Masahiro Sakurai...

- the genre of Kid Icarus: Uprising was decided before Kid Icarus was even selected as the game's focus

- Palutena and Pit talk to each other a lot during the game, and they crack jokes

- the game has a light-hearted, humorous approach to the grave situation that the characters face

- You meet Magnus in the second chapter, and he's the strongest of the human race

- between chapters you return to the heavens to equip weapons, sort of like a hub area

- This hub area is more represented by menus than an actual 3D location to explore

- the chapter design is as follows: air battle, land battle, boss battle

- you'll spend more time battling on land than in air

- there's some connection between the AR Cards and the main game, but it's mostly a separate mode

- AR cards do not level up

- you can collect different weapons and sub weapons by taking on different difficulty levels and completing other goals

- there are tons of different weapons, and some ill increase things like foot speed

- online multiplayer mode is not confirmed, but they are looking into it

- in Free Mode for multiplayer, you can choose your own color avatar

- 'no comment' on the original Kid Icarus being included in Uprising

- there have been talks about putting the original Kid Icarus on the 3DS eShop for Virtual

Speriamo di no!
