The "Walküre Senjō no Premium Live Event at Toyosu Pit" announced in Tokyo on Sunday that production has been green-lit on a new Macross Delta film. The event also announced that the Macross franchise will hold two "Crossover Live 2019 at Makuhari Messe" concerts in June.
The announcement specifically describes the upcoming Macross Delta film as "entirely new" — as opposed to this year's Macross Delta the Movie - Passionate Walkūre, which compiled earlier television anime footage with some new sequences.
The "Macross Crossover Live 2019 at Makuhari Messe" concerts will feature singers from every Macrosstelevision series. In particular, they will include Mari Iijima (first Macross series and film's Lynn Minmay), Yoshiki Fukuyama (Macross 7's Basara Nekki), Chie Kajiura (Macross 7's Mylene Jenius), May'n (Macross Frontier's Sheryl Nome), Megumi Nakajima (Macross Frontier's Ranka Lee), and the five Walküre idols (Macross Delta).
The concerts will take place at the Makuhari Messe venue's International Exhibition Halls 1 to 3 in Chiba on June 1 and June 2. People can apply for the random drawing for the first round of tickets from September 23 to October 9 on the official Macross website.
The official website for the Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 2202 (Uchū Senkan Yamato 2202: Ai no Senshi-tachi or Space Battleship Yamato 2202: Warriors of Love) anime sequel project began streaming a trailer for the sixth film in the series, "Kaisei-hen" (Resurrection Chapter), on Wednesday. The trailer features Ginga, the Yamato-class warship that is the spiritual successor to the original Yamato battleship.
The first six films will screen in an all-night marathon starting at midnight on October 27 in Hiroshima. The guests will include director Nobuyoshi Habara, series script supervisor Harutoshi Fukui, and screenwriter Hideki Oka.

The sixth film will open in 35 theaters in Japan on November 2. As with the previous films, the theaters that screen the sixth film will sell a limited-edition Blu-ray Disc of the movie. The film will also be available to purchase or rent digitally on the same day it opens in theaters in Japan. The regular retail Blu-ray Disc and DVD release for the film is slated for December 21.
The official website for the Eureka Seven: Hi - Evolution film trilogy posted information about the theme song, a new visual, and character designs for Anemone: Kōkyōshihen Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution (Anemone: Eureka Seven: Hi - Evolution), the second film in the trilogy. Ruann, a middle school student, is making her major debut with the film's theme song "There's No Ending."
The "Nirvash X" mecha will appear in the film. Shoji Kawamori (Macross, Last Hope) designed this new version of the franchise's main mecha, and it is the largest of its kind in the franchise's history.
The film will open in Japan on November 10.

The opening theme song will be "Uchū Senkan Yamato 2202" (Space Battleship Yamato 2202), the main theme for the films that the project's composer Akira Miyagawa arranged.
The ending theme songs will be "Tsuki no Kagami" (Moon Mirror) by Sayaka Kanda (voice of Teresa), "Kimi, Hitohira" (You, Petal) by Shino Arima, "Crimson Red" by Yūya Hoshino, and other songs. All of the revealed ending theme songs were ending themes for previous films in the project.

Netflix unveiled the cast, musical composers, a teaser trailer, the second teaser art, and the April 1 global premiere date for the anime of Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi's Ultraman manga during its Anime Lineup Presentation event on Tuesday.
Ryohei Kimura stars as Shinjiro Hayata, and the other cast members include Takuya Eguchi as Dan Moroboshi, Megumi Han as Seiji Hokuto, and Hideyuki Tanaka as Shin Hayata. Nobuko Toda and Kazuma Jinnouchi are composing the music.

Several years have passed since the events of Ultraman, with the legendary "Giant of Light" (光の巨人 Hikari no Kyojin) now a memory, as it is believed he returned home after fighting the many giant aliens that invaded the Earth. Shin Hayata's son Shinjiro seems to possess a strange ability, and it is this ability, along with his father's revelation that he was Ultraman, that leads Shinjiro to battle the new aliens invading the Earth as the new Ultraman.

Production I.G (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Eden of the East, Napping Princess) and Sola Digital Arts(Appleseed Alpha, Starship Troopers: Invasion, Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars) are producing the anime in 3D CG.
