Se hanno deciso di investire pesantemente possono farcela anche in tempi brevi.

Secondo me il fatto di condividere fin da subito le esclusive  non peserà più di tanto.

Andrebbe necessariamente aggiornata, Driveclub a 71 dopo tutti i miglioramenti apportati è un crimine contro l'umanità :asd:  è tipo il miglior racing della gen a mani basse

Mi trovo d'accordo con i due tlou, il sequel sta appena appena una spanna sotto il primo, ma merita il 94 al 100%

 
Ogni volta che vedo il MC di Days Gone mi torna il desiderio di vedere il genere umano estinto in breve tempo.

La risposta è no ovviamente.  Non basta comprare studi e fare titoli esclusivi come crede qualcuno. Sony per arrivare in questa situazione ha impiegato anni di duro lavoro che vanno oltre l'acquisto di studi promettenti.

Certo che può farlo, dipende quanto è disposta a perderci...nel senso Sony volendo potrebbe finanziare all'istante 4-5 AAA così dal nulla (i 250 mln per entrare in Epic poteva usarli per fare 5 gioconi da 50 mln l'uno che sono una bella somma) oltre alle solite esclusive, ma l'utenza va prima "educata" per non rischiare di fare flop. Il pubblico playstation oramai sa con certezza che se è in sviluppo un gioco single player basato sulla storia di genere "adventure" sarà sicuramente un giocone e lo comprerà ad occhi chiusi, è un ritorno assicurato, dagli in pasto invece un racing game non di poliphony o un fps che ci va con piedi di piombo, nonostante sia magari un buon gioco rischi il flop (devi vendere un botto per  non solo recuperare quei 50 mln ma farne abbastanza per finanziare un nuovo progetto, altrimenti è comunque andato male l'investimento pur non avendo perso soldi). Però allo stesso tempo non può fare mica sempre i soliti giochi, altrimenti si potrebbero pure stufare le persone ed ignorare qualche gioco. Insomma non è una cosa semplice richiede anni di fidelizzazione, e non si può (come magari crede qualche sprovveduto) pensare seriamente di non avere ritorni immediati senza problemi, sono public company e rispondono agli azionisti che le vogliono sempre in crescita e non al magnate scialacquone di turno.

Tutto questo per dire che si, MS può, ma è solo all'inizio, ne ha da fare di strada per abbinare oltre che ad una solida lineup FP anche un numero soddisfacente di vendite, ci vorrà tempo e non poco. Certo il primo passo l'ha fatto e questo è già importante.
