Questo è il concept di Ringo, cioè Leggende Galar.

Vedendolo secondo me sono le megaevoluzioni ferox. Come se avessero in mente leggende johto e galar, poi hanno scartato johto e messo le battaglie su leggende zygarde

Sì le premesse sono positive considerando che parliamo di pezzi di build. Penso che il mare poi sia stato curato molto essendo una regione insulare.

Comunque GF al CESA (La GSC giapponese) due anni fa aveva fatto una presentazione per la creazione di liquidi e simulazioni fluidi.

Tra l'altro pare che sia molto procedurale come esperienza.

Engine di Gaia
Non male per essere una prima build, dai che con il nuovo engine finalmente la serie farà un salto di qualità. Ad ogni modo la location scelta non mi piace, una regione piena di isole e acqua l'abbiamo già avuta con Alola, titoli che ho saltato appunto per la location. Però è tutto fa vedere, per il momento sono focussato su Z-A.

Comunque mega leak, gli hanno fregato la nuova gen e legend. :morristenda:

Piú che altro pare anche una mezza roba MMO con una database centrale che gestisce le varie connessioni e mondi simil no man Sky....

Comunque continuano a ribadire come esistano due filoni:
-Gioco generazionale, multiplayer e incentrato sulla community con il mainline
-Filone piú sperimentale Action, narrativo e incentrato al singolo con Leggende

Past generations entrusted something to the future, we now receive that something and live on, entrusting it to the next generation.

Driven by that unseen force, people are propelled forward. People, nature, and Pokémon are connected.

What kind of world can we leave for the next generation? Is the world we have now truly something we can entrust to the future?

The winds and waves of the times. Storms and whirlpools. The unseen force creates nature, brings forth abundance, and gives birth to peace. The unseen force destroys the environment, breeds pathogens, and spawns conflict.

It's hard to call the modern world a good one. I feel sorry that this is the only world we can leave for our children. If that is the case, then at least I want them to acquire the strength to survive in this harsh world.

What kind of world can we leave for the next generation? And what should we pass on to them?

This is the story of parental responsibility and children's rights, endlessly passed down through every age.

For the Box Legends

・Package (Storm) The Storm Package Pokémon. Its role is that of an old man. It lives on an island that keeps people away. It possesses the power of the wind to properly guide humans and Pokémon. It accepts only those humans who have correctly raised the Seed Pokémon.

・Package (Wave) The Wave Package Pokémon. Its role is that of an old woman. It lives on an island that keeps people away. It possesses the power of the waves to properly guide humans and Pokémon. It accepts only those humans who have correctly raised the Seed Pokémon.

The new battle mechanic for Pokémon Winds and Waves:

天候技 Tenko-Waza which could be translated to Weather Moves

Pokémon Winds / Waves Characters:

・Protagonist (13) Lives in a big city (Kuala Lumpur). A city kid. Their mother wins a trip in a lottery, and they are taken on vacation.

・Mother (33) Lives in the city, works from home while raising two children. She won the trip in a lottery and is taking a long vacation to relax.

・Baby (0) An infant who cannot walk yet. By the end of the story, they learn to walk and talk — symbolizing the future.

・Friend (13) A local child living on the resort island. Acts as a rival. Knowledgeable about Pokémon and nature, becomes friends with the protagonist. (The rival is the opposite gender protagonist ala Hoenn or Kalos)

・Hotel Chairman (75) Chairman of a hotel group that owns many resorts nationwide. He originally sought to create resorts where people and Pokémon could coexist with nature, but after a certain incident (e.g. his child was killed by a Pokémon), he began to push for aggressive development and came to hate Pokémon.

・Heir (15) The chairman's child; serves as a kind of executive within the organization. Though not stated outright in the game, his older brother is already dead — he's the second son or an adopted one. He respects his father but is naive about the world.

・Land Development Team (Evil Team) A for-hire group that destroys nature to expand land for profit. They have no ideals; they just complain while working for their salary.

・Professor (21) A nature guide working at the hotel. Known as the "Survival Professor," he researches the relationship between weather and Pokémon. Studies Pokémon that can become embodiments of weather itself. Although knowledgeable through books, his real survival skills are inferior to (a professor's friend).

The files also mention a Law Rival and Chaos Rival in the professor's lab at one point, but very little is known about them.

Seed Pokemon

A baby Pokémon of the Seed species that can be found in resort areas. (Seed Pokémon = unevolved form) It is a rare sight in this land, and no one has ever seen its evolved form. When it travels to the island where the main legendary resides, it begins to evolve. Its evolved appearance is said to have infinite variations.

The evolution for the Seed Pokémon will be procedurally generated, including unique patterns for flowers and fractals, so every player will have a different looking Seed Pokémon evolution. This generation will depend on how you play through the game

The Procedural generation will only be for Wind and Waves, will not persist through Home and future generations.

Location/Structure

Pokémon Wind and Waves start the adventure in a big tourist city based on Kuala Lumpur, they mention that they specifically wanted to break the pattern of always starting the game on small towns.

There will be a guided but open tutorial through the city and a jungle before the player is granted the ability to catch surfing mons and a wave riding license and the open world begins.

The goal is to be able to ride or touch/interact with any pokemon(only ride the ones big enough to ride)

You will be able to defeat the final boss from the start of the game, but it will be very difficult, beyond being just a high level there will be special mechanics to make it harder for each of the main objectives you did not complete.

The game has a true ending and you need to complete all the objectives in order to obtain the true ending.

One of these things is catching the main legendary in order to weaken one aspect of the final boss for example.

Jungle exploration as well as ocean and diving exploration are a big focus.

There will be procedurally generated islands alongside the curated ones, these will be hidden by interestingly shaped clouds to hide the generation.

MMO Elements and Things to Do/More Structure:

The starting city(Kuala Lumpur equivalent) is intended to be a kind of MMO hub featuring a quest board and various things to do with others

All the various activities like Gyms/Titans/Lord pokemon etc are mixed together in objectives inspired by the sustainable development goals, beating all 18 challenges will allow you to challenge the Champion.

Pokémon Wind/Wave is planned to have MMO features, with codename "Naia". As the islands are procedurally generated for players, the idea is that players will be able to upload the islands they discover to the Naia servers, and then play with other players.

Engine

Pokemon Wind and Waves will be on a new engine based off of UE4 called engine X.

Pokemon Wind and Waves will be Switch 2 Exclusive

Starters

Nothing is currently known about the starters, but we do know that you encounter them when they block traffic in the city and the professor asks you to catch them.

Io sono ignorante in materia, ma se sviluppare un gioco ti costa 20 milioni e un altro in parallelo ulteriori 20, anche dovessero buttarne il doppio per ragioni X come è possibile che debbano contenere i costi con le vendite che fanno? TPC li finanzia con le noccioline? Mi pare surreale
