If you dive a little deeper you can find that the actual city map itself is a $300 asset flipped off of the unreal engine store called the "American City Packs (Bundle)" first released in August 2021. Thereby invalidating the claim that the game was in development for the past 4+ years. Nearly all of the buildings in the north and south of the map are inaccessible. Zombies (or what few of them you can actually come across) can be easily sidestepped, out-jogged, and bamboozled when standing on top of cars. There is no sense of loot-rarity as rifles and machineguns are pretty much chucked everywhere. And the tutorial intro is purposefully made to be as long as possible to waste the majority of Steam's 2-hour refund window.
The cherry on top is that the entire UI, jigsaw-style inventory, building system, gunplay experience, bleed mechanic, main menu, etc. and so forth, are also assets flipped from a pre-made $65 unreal engine store all-in-one asset called the "Survival Game Kit V2" blueprint released in December 2020, also invalidating the development timeframe claim of 4+ years.
