Tsugumomo's Opening Song Artists Band Ja Naimon! Also Voice Guest Roles

The official website for the television anime of Yoshikazu Hamada's Tsugumomo manga announced on Tuesday that the music group Band Ja Naimon! will voice guest roles in the anime's eighth episode. That episode, "Ano Hi no Kagami-ke: Mote-Mote Fragrance," will premiere on May 21. The group also performs the anime's opening theme song "METAMORISER," which will go on sale on May 17 with an anime jacket illustration.

Raise Kamika Manga by Ga-Rei's Hajime Segawa Ends

The October issue of Kadokawa's Monthly Shōnen Ace magazine published the final chapter of Hajime Segawa's Raise Kamika manga on Monday. The final page of the final chapter teased that "Raise and friends' journey still continues." The manga's fifth and final compiled book volume will ship on September 25.

Ga-Rei's Hajime Segawa Launches New Battle Action Manga in June

The July issue of Kadokawa's Shōnen Ace magazine revealed on Tuesday that Hajime Segawa will launch a new manga titled Shikabane-Gatana (Corpse Sword) in the magazine's next issue on June 26.

The "battle action" manga centers on Jūki Kiki (name romanization not official), a middle school boy who lives a happy life despite slightly strange family circumstances. But when a great disaster strikes, strange zombie-like creatures kidnap his younger sister. To find the whereabouts of his younger sister, Jūki heads to monster-infested Tokyo, and there has a chance encounter with a high school girl wielding a mysterious sword.
