In the Valkyria Chronicles 4 Demo, available now as a free download on the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, and Nintendo Switch eShop, you’ll join Commander Claude Wallace and his comrades in Squad E as they begin the first steps of Operation Northern Cross. Experience the series’ signature watercolor aesthetic as presented by the CANVAS Engine and get a feel for the innovative tactical BLiTZ system before the full game launches on September 25. Play through the prologue and first two chapters of the game, as well as an exclusive bonus mission created for the demo. Demo save data, including items obtained, class levels, earned experience, and currency total will transfer over to the full game, so you can pick up right where you left off. Additionally, importing save data from the demo will net you an exclusive accessory for use in the full game.

This mission will be available to play in the game on day one for anyone who digitally pre-orders the game, and will also be available as a standalone add-on item in late October for $4.99.
Additionally, PlayStation Store pre-orders will include a PlayStation 4 theme and avatar set.

They’re certainly very gentle on your rig, and pretty much anyone should be able to run the game on a gaming PC that isn’t entirely obsolete. The only thing that sticks out is a whopping 72 gigabytes of hard disk drive required. This quite possibly involves high-resolution textures that aren’t included in the PS4 version. Comparing it with the Japanese release, which is currently sitting on my PS4 Pro’s HDD, that’s only 26,9 GB.

The listing does mention that the game has been optimized for PC including 4K resolution and ultra-widescreen support.

Per avere nel gioco completo l'oggetto bonus della demo è necessario completarla o basta avere un save della demo? Ho fatto il prologo e, se non è necessario per l'oggetto extra, non vorrei spoilerarmi il primo capitolo.

 
Che oggetto dà la demo?

 
Un inutile oggetto che dà +10 HP all'unità che lo equipaggia. Ma non c'è altro modo per ottenerlo nel gioco completo, quindi lo spirito da completista impone di giocare la demo (che altrimenti avrei saltato a pie' pari). :asd:

Beh anche no, ieri ripensandoci (sì, ci tengo tanto ad avere tutti gli oggeti in game :asd:) ho deciso di usare la demo come un early access. Uno o due giorni prima del day one la (re)inizio, faccio il prologo ed i primi due capitoli e poi continuo importando il save nel gioco completo. :sisi:

 
Teoricamente comunque stando alla descrizione basta importare il save per l'oggetto, quindi una volta fatta la primissima missione si dovrebbe già ottenere senza dover finire la demo.

 
Il carro armatino è molto meno peggio di quanto temessi.  :sisi:

 
Sono giusto arrivato all'intermezzo dopo il capitolo 2, ho iniziato stamattina rigiocando la demo ed ho proseguito una volta arrivato il gioco con il salvataggio :sard:  . Confermo che basta un qualsiasi save della demo per l'oggetto, non serve finirla.
