un po' mi sorprende, un po' no. pensavo che per il nuovo ciclo Yakuza avrebbero aspettato la PS5, però è anche vero che storicamente se ne sono sempre sbattuti abbastanza il cazzò di aspettare le console nuove :asd: probabilmente se non esce entro boh, fine 2020, finirà come per Ishin, doppia versione.

Non hanno ancora manco scelto la co-protagonista femminile. Ok che il gioco è stato teaserato tempo fa ma questo di oggi mi pare proprio un annuncio fatto in fretta e furia per sviare dai casini di Judgment.

alla fine lo hanno solo confermato ulteriormente invitando alle selezioni per la co-protagonista femminile, l'annuncio principale è stato fatto già tanto tempo fa. sicuramente la tempistica è anche per stemperare la patata bollente.

Arriva arriva, hanno già depennato dalle pagine occidentali l'attore incriminato... La questione ora è quanto ci vorrà per sostituirlo e ristampare tutto, ma per arrivare dovrebbe arrivare.

Nagoshi-san pledged that the new game will bring a major change to the series. While it’s still going to be an action-adventure title, it’s also going to surprise the fans.The main character is going to be Ichiban Kasuga instead of traditional hero Kazuma Kiryu, and they have very different personalities. Due to that, their ways of acting and philosophies are also very different, and this will change the game as well.

This will also bring changes to the narration: previous Yakuza games had very serious main scenarios, while the humor was normally confined within the sidequests. Since Ichiban Kasuga is a funny dude and not a brooding stoic hero, the main scenario of the new game will include humor and funny scenes to match its protagonis

The official YouTube account for Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has uploaded a new video titled “ryu_new_0401” showing footage of what appears to be the new Yakuza game starring Ichiban Kasuga.

The footage, as Japanese media points out, appears to indicate that the next Yakuza game is a command-based RPG. Today is April Fools’ Day in Japan, meaning that this information is likely false. The footage, however, is new and features Ichiban Kasuga, so it is possible that these command-based battles will appear in the game as a Play Spot / mini-game.

Yakuza series general director Toshihiro Nagoshi said at Sega Fes 2019 this weekend that he would “like to change the [the next Yakuza game] drastically.”

The new Yakuza game starring Ichiban Kasuga will be released for PlayStation 4. A release date has yet to be announced.

Sega Sammy Holdings published its financial report, detailing the company’s results during the last fiscal year. The company revealed through the report that the next main game in the Yakuza series will be launching in the current fiscal year. As in, before the end of March 2020. This is the first time a release date estimate for the next Yakuza game has been communicated by Sega.

bhe vedremo dove andranno a parare con la storia, di solito gli yakuza sono ambientati nello stesso anno di uscita del gioco, quindi se yakuza 6 è ambientato nel 2016, shin yakuza dovrebbe essere ambientato nel 2019.... diciamo che se daigo dojima è ancora il padrino del clan tojo, dovremmo rivedere qualche faccia nota....
