Indubbiamente quoto quanto detto per il "predecessore". Purtroppo la piega presa non è proprio quella che volevo, o meglio quella che il sistema di gioco (no sospendi puzzle, interfaccia non curatissima, no possibilità di appunti) possa supportare bene, col risultato che sì c'è molta più carne al fuoco e una sfida più marcata e lunga, ma una manciata di puzzle mi sono risultati indigesti perché ragionamenti a 3/4 righe non mi riuscivano. Per l'Infinite vedremo, intanto preso Squarecells for reasons.

EDIT: Tiè, non gli faccio manco il nuovo post a Squarecells. Carino, meno "avvenieristico" di Hexcells e anche meno divertente, parte dalla base di Picross e con due sole regole ne cambia l'essenza in modo intelligente. Rimane il problema di GUI che ormai sono convinto non risolverà mai.

The Silver Case:

Forse il primo gioco di Suda che mi ha convinto in pieno, a partire dal atmosfera e quel classico feel giapponese dei fine anni 90 che adoro cosi tanto.

Il gioco e piu o meno un VN puro con alcuni passaggi da point & click adventure, ma ha veramente pochissimi puzzle e quelli che ci sono sono semplicissimi. E strutturato in 5 case tutti interconnessi + 5 side chapters che vanno piu in profondità, che aiutano molto a riempire i pezzi mancanti del puzzle. Se ci sarebbero solo le main mission si capirebbe veramente una mazza di che sta succedendo

Alla fine pero chiude tutti misteri piu importanti ma lascia aperto anche alcune cose per il sequel, che iniziero per prossimo sul mio DS!

Per me ha funzionato veramente perfettamente il mix di mystery/detective ed horror/paranormale, poi dei punti bonus perche e uno dei pochi giochi che offre un setting ed atmosfera simile a Persona 2 e Soul hackers, adoro il cyberpunk e tutto con quel tocco giapponese fine anni 90 lo rende molto speciale e solo questi 3 giochi citati per me sono riusciti ad offrire questo genere di setting in modo sostanziale.

Unica cosa che ho da criticare e la struttura dei sidechapters, che sono molto ripetitivi, ti muovi tra la tua stanza dopo di aver letto tutte le mail sul tuo pc + un altro posto, tutto questo avanti ed indietro. Ma visto che si fanno sempre dopo una main mission che e piena di varietà non pesa cosi tanto e le informazioni che ottieni sono sempre importantissime per capire meglio il plot principale.

Devo dire che l'esperienza VR è valsa la pena, gia solo per Rez, Thumper e Wayward, tre esperienze fantastiche che senza terza dimensione non avrebbero lo stesso impatto. Poi tutti e tre sfruttano un modo di controllo diverso, mentre con Rez miri tramite movimento della tua testa mentre con la X attivi il lock on che lasci andare per sparare, in Thumper usi semplicemente il ds4 ma l'effetto tipo highspeed coaster to hell che ha, ti lascia senza parole.

Wayward invece lo controlli con il move controller tipo point and click adventure, ti senti veramente come in un film pixar, graficamente il gioco piu pulito al momento!

La cosa interessante e che tutti tre giochi sono in "terza persona", questo dimostra che non sono solo adatti giochi nella perspettiva first person, anzi direi che questi funzionano anche meglio, sopratutto non soffri di motion sickness in questo modo!
