Oltre che dai cartelli c'è questa spiegazione dalla Wiki di GTA:

Meglio prepararsi psicologicamente fino all'uscita del gioco, io ho preso pure la guida per completarlo al 100%, giocherò solo a GTA V per un bel po di tempo, il bello è che a fine mese esce pure One Piece Pirate Warriors 2, mi sa che lo prendo per ingannare l'attesa....//content.invisioncic.com/a283374/emoticons/paura.gif
