DungeonsExploration-style dungeons that add side-scrolling action elements.

Dungeons are filled with monsters. If Neptune touches a monster symbol, a battle wll begin. If you attack a monster symbol with a symbol attack, you can start the battle with an advantage. Dungeons also have treasure chests in various locations through which you can obtain items.

In addition to jump and double jump, you can also summon a pudding-like monster to jump even higher in dungeons.

Battles

Intuitive and strategic battles! Change between formations based on the situation and dominate the fight!

You can fight with a maximum of four party members. AP (Action Points) build up as time passes, and each character can use AP to activate skills. It is important to learn the enemy’s weakness to fight with the upper hand. By dealing damage using the attribute the enemy is weak against, you will recover AP as a bonus.

Breaking Down the Battle Screen

1. Formation Type. You can change between formations with the L1 and R1 buttons. Each formation changes the character’s attack type. And each formation has a passive bonus.

—Strike: A formation with many physical attacks. It also has skills that deal abnormal status and additional magic damage.

—Magic: A formation with many magic skills. It is effective against enemies weak to magic.

—Support: A formation with many skills that can bestow buffs to protect party members.

—Heal: A formation with many skills that can heal HP and abnormal statuses.

2. Goddess Gauge. The gauge required to transform into a Goddess.

3. Party AP. This builds up as time passes.


4. Break Attack Gauge. This gauge builds up as you attack enemies. With it, you can use the character’s special “Break Attack” move.


5. Enemy AP. This builds up as time passes.

Story

A me non attira molto, ma vabbe'.

Intanto giunge la notizia, appunto, che Super Neptunia RPG slitta alla primavera 2019 in occidente. Era previsto per l'autunno 2018.

Skills

Skills are attack techniques that can be used by characters for each formation. You can use skills by equipping items that grant skills or learning a skill itself.

By equipping an item that grants a skill, you will be able to use that skill. The more you battle and win, the more experience points that equipped item will gain, and when you meet a certain value, you will be able to learn that skill and set it without having the item equipped.

Skills granted by the “Wooden Sword” include:

• Area Edge – Deals physical damage to all enemies.
  
• Mytra – Deals unattributed magic damage to all enemies.
  
• Drain Edge – Deals physical damage to one enemies and recovers five percent of maximum HP.
  

Skill Set

In order to use skills in battle, it is necessary to set them in advance. The skills you can set vary depending on the formation.

Abilities

Abilities can be used to power-up and support characters. Abilities are attached to equipment (weapons, armor, and accessories), and can be set by mastering that equipment or learning the ability.

—Some Examples of Abilities

• HP Bonus – Increases maximum HP by 10 percent.
  
• Darkness Prevention – Prevents darkness (which lowers your accuracy rate).
  
• Auto-Wall – Produces a wall at the start of battle (increases defense against physical attacks).
  

Ability Set

By spending “Ability Points,” you can set abilities. Ability Points will return to you when you remove an ability. Your Ability Points will increase as you level up.

By equipping an item that grants an ability, you can set that ability. The more you battle and win, the more experience points that equipped item will gain, and when you meet a certain value, you will be able to learn that ability and set it without having the item equipped.

Today, at the very end of a stage event at the Dengeki PlayStation Game Fes 2019 in Tokyo, Compile Heart had one last surprise for the fans of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. They announced a brand new game in development.

While no new footage was showcased, we got to see the logo, and a simple notice mentioning that the game is currently in development. The title is “Game e Ninja Neptune” with the kanji actually reading “Gen’ei Yume e Ninja Neptune.” That translates into “Illusion Dream e Ninja Neptune” and the “e” stands for “Electronics.”

No platforms or release windows were mentioned during the stream, and more details will be revealed at a later date.

On top of that, more projects are in the works for the series, but no more details have been provided.

Annunciato anche un nuovo OAV, intitolato Hyperdinemsion Neptunia Summer Vacation 2019.
