1st 2 Psycho-Pass SS Anime Films Previewed in Ads

The official website for the Psycho-Pass anime franchise began streaming two ads on Friday to preview the first two films in the three-film Psycho-Pass SS or Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System project.

The first film, Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.1 Tsumi to Batsu (Crime and Punishment), will open in Japan on January 25. Naoyoshi Shiotani is directing the film with a screenplay by Ryō Yoshigami.



The second film, Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.2 First Guardian, will open in Japan on February 15. Naoyoshi Shiotani is again directing the film, with a screenplay by Makoto Fukami.

The third film, Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.3 Onshū no Kanata ni ____ (In the Realm Beyond Is ____), will open in Japan on March 8. Naoyoshi Shiotani is again directing the film, with a screenplay by Makoto Fukami.

The films will will also have 4D screenings with both 4DX and MX4D in Japan. Those who attend any screenings of the film in Japan will receive a bonus present of an image board with character visuals by character designer Naoyuki Onda while supplies last.

2nd Psycho-Pass SS Anime Film's Manga Adaptation Starts on March 5

Publisher Mag Garden announced on Monday that the manga for Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.2 First Guardian, the second film in the Psycho-Pass SS (Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System) trilogy, will begin serializing in its Monthly Comic Garden magazine on March 5. The first chapter will debut early on the Mag Comi website on February 15 to commemorate the film's opening.

3rd Psycho-Pass SS Anime Film's Trailer Previews Remixed Ending Song

The official website for the Psycho-Pass anime franchise began streaming a trailer on Tuesday for the third film in the three-film Psycho-Pass SS or Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System project. The video previews the ending theme song, which is Masayuki Nakano's (from Boom Boom Satellites) remixed version of the first television anime season's ending song "Namae no nai Kaibutsu" (Nameless Monster).

The official website for the Psycho-Pass anime franchise revealed on Friday that the anime is getting a third season titled Psycho-Pass 3. The anime will air on Fuji TV's Noitamina programming block.

Non mi fa impazzire questa suddivisione, coraggiosa sicuramente alla luce anche dei sempre più stringenti limiti della trasmissione televisiva giapponese canonica... ma non so, non vorrei che a causa di questo il pacing degli episodi sca***sse di brutto, e già il mio interesse non è alto visti i trascorsi del franchise dopo la prima (sensazionale) stagione.

Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ app revealed on Monday that Psycho-Pass 3, the third television anime season in the Psycho-Pass franchise, will have a manga adaptation that will launch on Shonen Jump+ on October 26. Saru Hashino (Psycho-Pass 2 (manga) will draw the manga.
