Cells at Work Gets New Spinoff Manga on Saturday

The official website for Kodansha's Bessatsu Friend magazine revealed on Thursday that Akane Shimizu's Cells at Work! manga will get a new spinoff manga in the magazine's February issue on Saturday titled Hataraku Saibō Friend (Cells at Work! Friend). The manga's debut will feature two chapters. Kanna Kurono is penning the story for the manga, while Mio Izumi is drawing the art.

The manga will center on a Killer T Cell, who is normally strict with himself and others, but wants to have fun during his time off. He wants to make friends, but doesn't want to ruin his intimidating character at the same time.

Cominciano a diventare un po' troppi questi spinoff  :asd:  Così poi la Star ha la scusa per non portarli.

Personalmente mi interessa molto Black visto che ne sento parlare anche abbastanza bene, chissà se verrà annunciato almeno quello.

The June issue of Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine revealed on Friday that Yuuko Kakihara (Cells at Work! anime series composition) and Yasu (Joshiraku, Toradora!) will launch a spinoff manga of Akane Shimizu's Cells at Work! manga titled Hataraku Kesshōban-chan (Platelets at Work) in the magazine's next issue on May 25. The manga will center on the Platelet characters from the original manga.

Main Cells at Work! Manga Gets 1st New Chapter in 2 Years

The November issue of Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine announced on Saturday that Akane Shimizu's Cells at Work!! (Hataraku Saibō) will get a new chapter in the next issue on October 26. The chapter will be the series' first in about two years.



The issue also announced that the manga is inspiring a new spinoff series titled Hataraku Saibō WHITE (Cells at Work!! White) that will also launch in the magazine's December issue. Tetsuji Kanie (Hypnosis Mic: Division Rap Battle -side B.B. & M.T.C) is drawing the manga that will center on White Blood Cells.

Cells at Work!! Season 2's 2nd Video Reveals More Staff, Themes by Cast & ClariS, January 9 Debut

The newly announced staff members are:



The cast is singing the opening theme song "Go! Go! Saibō Festa!" (Go! Go! Cell Festa" as heard in the video above.

The season to premiere on the Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, YTV, and BS11 channels on January 9 at 11:30 p.m. It will then run on MBS, TV Aichi, Hokkaido Broadcasting Co., Ltd., and RKB Mainichi Broadcasting.

The newly announced cast members are:



In addition to performing the opening theme song "Hashire! with Yamasaki Seiya (Kyūso Nekokami)" (Run!), the rock band POLYSICS is performing the ending theme song "Ue o Mukaite Hakobō with Sekkekkyū/Hakkekkyū" (Look Up and Carry on with Red/White Blood Cells" with lead cast members Junya Enoki and Yōko Hikasa.
 
Vista la prima di Black, mi è piaciuta molto. La Leucocita è davvero bellissima:fiore:, il tono è come mi aspettavo, sto corpo è messo malissimo.

 
Di black aspetto la replica su AT-X per vedere se c'è meno censura.
 
Che sfortuna oh, oggi finalmente mi siedo per vedere entrambi i nuovi episodi nuovi di Cells at Work che avevo dovuto rimandare e scopro che quello della serie principale non è più visible perché si è beccato uno strike da youtube. Mannaggia a youtube :sowhat:

Perlomeno quello di BLACK vive ancora... per ora :asd:
