■ Libra and Sealbooks

By defeating monsters, you can seal their spirits using the abilities of the Libra (the exclusive class that Fried belongs to).

By bringing the the monster spirits that you collect to the Seal Control Room, you can create a Sealbook.

By equipping a Sealbook, you can make use of various effects that will give you an advantage in battle.

Some Sealbook Effects

Physical attack power increase

Attribute resistance increase

Maximum HP increase

HP recovery each turn

etc.

■ Mutants and Grand Sealbooks

Very rarely you’ll encounter monsters known as “Mutants” that have higher ability than ordinary monsters. You can use the spirits of these monsters to create a special type of Sealbook called a “Grand Sealbook.”

However, since Grand Sealbooks are extremely powerful, only the Libra may equip it.

Grand Sealbooks also have various effects, and besides battles can be useful for other things such as exploration to help the party in every way.

■ Monster Summoning

This is one of the new elements not in Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library & The Monster Seal.

By equipping a Grand Sealbook, you can summon the Mutant monster sealed within the book as a “Summons Monster” to participate in battle. Just like Mercenary Buddies, there are various types of Summons Monsters.

Also just like Mercenary Buddies, you don’t need to individually specify actions with commands. Summons Monsters will automatically use skills to attack enemies and support the player.

Different from Mercenary Buddies, however, Summons Monsters are affected by the level and strength of your party members, as their level and ability will also change. Additionally, Summons Monsters do not leave the party.

■ Dungeon Travelers 2 Save Data BonusIf you have save data for Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library & the Monster Seal on your memory card, you’ll receive the following items, which will be useful on the beginning of your adventure, as a bonus:

Croissant (x9)

Elm Leaf (x9)

Emergency Exit (x9)

You can only receive these bonuses when starting the game from the beginning. These bonuses can be obtained regardless of the character’s level and such. You’ll of course need save data from the PS Vita version of Dungeon Travelers 2: The Royal Library & the Monster Seal, not the PSP version.

Yomi wo Saku Hana, il gioco della Experience per Xbox One che avrebbe dovuto essere un hack & slash in uscita a primavera 2017, è stato completamente rivisionato. Sarà ora un dungeon RPG come di consueto e uscirà nel 2018.

Se ora rivedessero anche la scelta della piattaforma...

Experience’s May 2016-announced Xbox One title Yomi wo Saku Hana, which was previously set for a spring 2017 release in Japan, has been delayed to 2018 and its genre has been changed to a dungeon RPG, the company announced.
The game was previously planned to be of a different genre than dungeon RPG—which Experience is known for—that would incorporate hack-and-slash-style gameplay, but after various trial and error, the studio revised their development setup and restarted the project as a dungeon RPG.

NIS America has released new details on the game concept, battle system, and strengthening system of the upcoming Experience-developed dungeon RPG Operation Babel: New Tokyo Legacy.

■ Game Concept

You begin as a normal student at Hinowa Academy until you were selected to join the special forces unit called the Xth Squad. Tokyo at this point is in shambles and the Rampaging Variants are attacking innocent civilians in the city labyrinth. It’s up to you to stop them!

New additions to Operation Babel include a finely tuned difficulty curve and the new “Cross Blood System.”

■ Battle System

Unity Skills

Unity Skills are special skills that can be unleashed when all team members cooperate. There are three types of Unity Skills: BRAVE, MAGIC, and ACADEMY. Time your Unity Skills correctly to maximize their impact!

XTND Skills/Spells

A brand-new feature added on Operation Babel, which further empowers skills and spells by allowing players to equip them with special items. Regardless of a team member’s Blood Code, the equipped item can use these abilities given by these special items.

The Rise & Drop System

Just like in Operation Abyss, the more battles you survive, the more dangerous the labyrinth becomes. With the Rise & Drop system, players have a good understanding that incoming danger also means potential rewards.

■ Strengthening

Healing, curing, and leveling up: If your party is in danger, you always have the option to retreat and use the Medical Lab to heal and cure your team. You’ll also earn EXP in battle which you can use to level up your Blood Codes, which will unlock new skills and spells.

Creating stronger items: Among the items that the enemy drops after a fight, you’ll sometimes find junk weapons and materials. Once you identify these items, they’ll become Codes, which you can then use to create stronger weapons or items. With this system you can fully strengthen all of your favorite weapons.

Operation Babel: New Tokyo Legacy will launch for PS Vita and PC on May 16 in North America and May 19 in Europe.

Avete un'altra possibilità alle 20:00.

Le copie delle 16:00 sono andate esaurite (oddio, mentre scrivo ce ne sono ancora il 2%) in 7 minuti... ma la seconda tranche è sempre meno affollata della prima, per ovvie ragioni.
