Grosso buco per l'engine Unity dall'edizione 2017.1 in avanti, e Steam mette le mani avanti. Fate attenzione a cosa lanciate, perché dubito TUTTI i giochi che usano l'engine verranno mai patchati.

Figata che Valve ha bloccato l'exploit direttamente da Steam nel giro di poche ore.
Comunque reminder per tutti: non avviate Steam come admin, non avviate i giochi come admin. Non disabilitate UAC. Non serve e vi create solo problemi (e pericoli per casi come questo).
