  • A-1 Pictures Animates Blend S Manga for Fall Broadcast
    The July issue of Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Carat magazine is revealing on Sunday that A-1 Pictures (Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend, Ace Attorney, Oreimo 2) is animating the television anime adaptation of Miyuki Nakayama's Blend S four-panel manga. The anime is slated to premiere in October.
     
    The manga's story centers on a girl named Maika who gets a job at a cafe where all the waitresses are given certain attributes — such as "tsundere" or "little sister" — to embody while serving customers. The manager asks Maika to be the "Do S" (extreme sadist) waitress, so she will have to adopt a dominant and aggressive persona.
     
  • Hajimete no Gal Anime Casts Toshiyuki Toyonaga, Kenji Akabane, Minoru Shiraishi
    The July issue of Kadokawa's Monthly Shōnen Ace magazine revealed more cast members for the television anime of Meguru Ueno's Hajimete no Gal (First-Time Gal) manga on Friday. The new cast includes Toshiyuki Toyonaga as Shinpei Sakamoto, Kenji Akabane as Keigo Ishida, and Minoru Shiraishi as Minoru Kobayakawa .
    The anime will premiere in July, and will have 10 episodes and one OVA.
     
  • Takuya Satō, Yōko Hikasa Join Cast of Altair: A Record of Battles Anime
    The July issue of Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine revealed on Thursday character designs and two new cast members for this summer's television anime of Kotono Katō's historical fantasy manga Altair: A Record of Battles (Shōkoku no Altair). Takuya Satō will play Ibrahim, and Yōko Hikasa will play Shara.

    Makoto Furukawa as Zaganos
    KENN as Kyros
    Katsuyuki Konishi as Sleiman

    The series will premiere on July 7 in the late-night Animeism block of the MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS channels. The series will run for two cour (two quarters of a year).
     
  • Ms. Koizumi loves ramen noodles Anime Reveals Key Visual, Main Staff
    The official website for the television anime of Naru Narumi's Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san (Ms. Koizumi loves ramen noodles) manga revealed the show's key visual and main staff on Friday.
    Kenji Seto (both seasons of The Asterisk War: The Academy City on the Water) is directing the series at Studio Gokumi (Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn, Kinmoza! Kiniro + Mosaic). Tatsuya Takahashi (Eromanga Sensei, And you thought there is never a girl online?) is handling the series composition, and Takuya Tani (Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn) is designing the characters.
     
    The gourmet comedy follows the daily life of Koizumi, a high school girl who looks like a cool beauty at first glance, but actually has an unexpected side of her that loves ramen.

  • Battle Girl High School Anime Reveals Visual, Theme Song Artists, July 2 Premiere
    The official website for COLOPL's Battle Girl High School smartphone role-playing game revealed the key visual, theme song artists, and premiere date on Friday for the anime adaptation of the game.
    The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX and BS11 on July 2 at 24:30 (effectively July 3 at 12:30 a.m.) before airing on Kansai TV at 25:55 (effectively at 1:55 a.m.). The anime will also stream online in Japan, but the anime's official website will reveal the streaming platforms later.
     
    The 18 cast members who play the "Hoshimori" characters in the anime will perform the opening theme song "Hoshi no Kizuna" (Star Bonds). f*f is performing the ending theme song "Melody Ring." kz from livetune is composing both songs.
     
    The smartphone game's main cast are reprising their roles for the anime. The cast includes:

  • Blend S Waitress TV Anime's Main Staff, Visual Unveiled
    Ryouji Masuyama (Gurren Lagann Parallel Works' "Drill the Heavens with Your XXX!!!" director, The IDOLM@STER episode director) is directing the anime at A-1 Pictures. Go Zappa (Koihime Musō, NAKAIMO - My Little Sister Is Among Them!, Chronicles of the Going Home Club) is supervising the series' scripts. Yousuke Okuda (Is the order a rabbit?) is designing the characters.
     
    The anime is slated to premiere in October.

  • Hanamaru Kindergarten's Yuto Ends Princess Biyori Manga, Starts New Series
    This year's 11th issue of Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine revealed on May 19 that Hanamaru Kindergarten manga creator Yuto will end the Princess Biyori manga in the next issue, which ships on June 2.
    The manga centers on two sisters whose world is turned upside down when suddenly their town becomes connected to the realm of fairies. Square Enix published the manga's second compiled volume on November 25.
     
    Yuto additionally launched the Asmodeus wa Akiramenai (Asmodeus Will Not Give Up) manga on Takeshobo's "Manga Life STORIA" website on Friday. The manga centers on a second-year high school student who is standing in for his Catholic priest father to protect their church while his father is away. He saves a troubled beautiful young girl who is in front of his church one day, but she turns out to be the demon Asmodeus. Yuto will add new chapters monthly on the site.

[*]Pet Girl of Sakurasou Creator, Sword Art Online: Progressive Manga Artist's Original Anime 'Just Because!' Revealed
The July issue of Gakken's Megami Magazine revealed more details for the anime project collaboration that involves artist Kiseki Himura (Sword Art Online: Progressive manga, Tawawa on Monday) and light novel author Hajime Kamoshida (The Pet Girl of Sakurasou) on Tuesday. The new original anime is titled Just Because!
 
The magazine describes the anime's story:
 
The original anime Just Because! focuses on subtly portraying the feelings of a group of high school students nearing graduation. Near the end of second semester at third year, when students have very little time in high school left, and are just waiting for graduation, the appearance of a new transfer student begins to change what remains of their high school lives just as they were about to graduate.
 

[*]1st Haikara-san ga Tōru Anime Film Reveals Visual, Theme Song
The official website for the anime film adaptations of Waki Yamato's Haikara-san ga Tooru manga revealed a new key visual for the first film on Monday. The website also revealed that Saori Hayami, who is voicing Benio in the anime, will perform the film's theme song "Yume no Hate made" (Until the End of the Dream).
 


Restaurant to Another World Anime Reveals Teaser Video, More Cast, July 3 Premiere
The official website of the television anime of Junpei Inuzuka's Isekai Shokudō (Restaurant to Another World) light novel series began streaming the anime's teaser video on Monday.
The site also revealed more cast members and the show's July 3 premiere date. The series will premiere on TV Tokyo on July 3 late at night at 1:35 a.m. (effectively on July 4), before airing on AT-X and BS Japan.
 
The site has also revealed that Saori Ōnishi will voice the character Kuro

Non so se è stata già postata ma questa dovrebbe essere la prima immagine del remake di Legend of the Galactic Heroes di Production I.G

Ho letto che il 20 settembre sarà presentata la serie con immagini e PV quindi possiamo ipotizzare che possa uscire o nella stagione autunnale (dato che mi ricordo avevano detto inizialmente sarebbe uscita nel 2017) o in quella invernale.....se si giocano bene le loro carte potrebbe uscire fuori uno dei migliori anime degli ultimi anni

Considerazione personale: onestamente non so quanto il format di Netflix (episodi disponibili tutti e subito) possa essere la scelta giusta anche in questo campo, il pubblico degli anime non è lo stesso delle normali serie tv ed è poco abituato al binge watching e questo gli si potrebbe ritorcere contro. Vedremo :sisi:
