Altra cosa che va a favore dello SoP, è il DLC di ER da annunciare a breve. Quasi me ne scordavo.

Mi spiego:
In media i sequel (AAA) diretti di IP Sony PS4 impiegano tra i 4 anni e mezzo e i 5 a seconda del tipo di gioco:
1) GoW Aprile 2018 - GoW Ragnarok Novembre 2022 | 4 anni e 7 mesi circa
2) GT Sport Ottobre 2017 - GT7 Marzo 2022 | 4 anni e 5 mesi circa
3) HZD Febbraio 2017 - HFW Febbraio 2022 | 5 anni circa
4) SM Settembre 2018 - SM2 Novembre (Holiday) 2023 | 5 anni e 2 mesi circa (con in mezzo MM)

Il range è di circa 4.5 - 5 anni. Con alcuni titoli sviluppati da subito senza DLC, altri titoli con un supporto molto prolungato (GT Sport), e altri titoli con una maxi espansione (Frozen Wilds) o un expandalone (Miles).

Guardiamo alle tempistiche degli annunci:
1) GoWR annunciato a Settembre 2020 - Uscita a Novembre 2022 (originariamente 2021, ma era falso come una banconota da 3€) | 2 anni e 2 mesi circa
2) GT7 annunciato a Giugno 2020 - Uscita a Marzo 2022 | 1 anno e 9 mesi circa
3) HFW annunciato a Giugno 2020 - Uscita a Febbraio 2022 | 1 anno e 8 mesi circa
4) SM2 annunciato a Settembre 2020 - Uscita a Novembre (Holiday) 2022 | 2 anni e 2 mesi

Il range parla di annunci che vanno da 1.7 a 2 anni prima circa.

Ghost of Tsushima è uscito a Luglio 2020 (ma era pronto per Giugno, rinviato solo per dare spazio a TLOU2 [al secondo rinvio]).
Un anno dopo ha avuto un'Espansione (Iki).

Se seguiamo il trend sopra Ghost2 dovrebbe puntare ad un'uscita attorno a Giugno/Luglio 2025 (assumendo 5 anni come per HFW, essendo entrambi Open World).
Se lo Showcase di quest'anno è a Giugno 2023 o a Settembre 2023 (i 2 mesi abituali dell'Estate per Sony) vorrebbe dire che si collocherebbe tra i 2 e i 1.7 anni prima della release (ipotetica) di Ghost2... Ossia perfettamente in linea con lo standard degli annunci Sony per i sequel dei titoli AAA.
