Io ormai ci ho rinunciato, ne finisco uno e nel frattempo ne ho comprati tre.
E non vado mai di D1, succede forse 1-2 volte all’anno.
Compro solo in offerta, ma ormai ci sono promozioni e svalutazioni ovunque.

quei siti fanno una stima,ma alla fine in realtà la cifra spesa è molto più bassa, quel sito considera tutti i giochi della libreria a prezzo pieno
Il mio account al momento vale 3700€,che diventano 811 considerando il miglior prezzo su steam di quei titoli durante i saldi,ma in realtà considerando che molti vengono da vari humble bundle

Accumulo dal 2008-2009 tipo, dalle prime svendite gs degli usati ps2. Saro' tra I 100-150 titoli scatolati comprati che vorrei giocare prima o poi. E direi un centinaio di acquisti digitali console. Questo e' il mio vero backlog.
Non considero lo shovelware regalato, I doppioni, le collection stile nes mini, il digitale pc e cio' che non mi attira minimamente giocare.

Creo questa discussione per parlare di tutti quelli come me, che accumulano, accumulano e accumulano giochi senza finirli. Per parlare dei nostri peccati e aiutarci l'uno con l'altro con frasi del tipo, non comprare quel gioco non ne hai realmente bisogno
Inizio io esponendo il mio caso: ho un backlog composto da tutta la saga di Gears of War, thimbleweed park, l'ombra di mordor, super maruo odissey ( devo trovare tutte le lune), Zelda, Pokken e star wars battlefront 2.
Il fatto è che non riesco a resistere a determinate offerte, spinto dal famoso "e quando mi ricapita", ultimo tra tutti Star wars a 30 da GS. E ora hanno messo in sconto The surge gioco che aspettavo da una vita, che ho provato e che mi piace un sacco :tragic: A tutto ciò si aggiunge la mia sorta di sindrome ossessivo/compulsiva di finire tutti i giochi che possiedo, e queste due "patologie" sono in netto conflitto fra loro

Sono arrivato ad avere un backlog che definire mostruoso è poco. Per fortuna sto ragionamento non mi pesa tanto economicamente, anche perchè quando poi decido di disfarmi di un gioco, quasi sempre riesco a piazzarlo al prezzo d'acquisto o lo ficco dentro qualche promo ultra conveniente.

Ps3: tra i vari 4x2 e 3x2 gamestop ormai non li conto più. Ne sparo giusto un pò: darksiders 1 e 2, jak & daxter trilogy, le due espansioni di gta 4 (lost and damned & ballad of gay tony), fallout new vegas, Monkey island collection, alice, ni no kuni, god of war saga
Ps4: Killzone shadow fall, the witcher 3 (ho fatto la minchiata di iniziarlo ad agosto, e tra mare, uscite ecc l'ho abbandonato), assassin's creed ezio collection, hitman, wildlands, wolfenstein the old blood, deus ex, resident evil revelation 2, bioshock collection, max payne in digital)
wiiu: Kirby, paper mario
Xbox 360: ffxiii-2, ffxiii, ffxiii lightning returns, lost odyssey, dead space 1 (finito all'epoca, ricomprato pochi mesi fa per rigiocarci, ma lasciato sullo scaffale)

Compro e conservo quasi esclusivamente titoli che mi piacciono, ma molti non riesco assolutamente a "finirli" perché sono tendenzialmente giochi arcade e dovrebbero quindi essere portati a termine con un continue.

Attualmente ho INCARTATI da tipo 1/2 mesi GT Sport e Wolfenstein 2 
Più Knack 2 ancora da iniziare in digitale (preso gratis grazie al bug del psn che ci fu), la Bloodborne GOTY in standby da più di un anno (devo fare il dlc) e la remastered di Skyrim su PS4 anche questa droppata più o meno a metà e da riprendere. Aggiungo anche il DLC The Frozen Wilds di Horizon, scaricato ma ancora da iniziare e i dlc di Fallout 4 lasciati a metà da mesi
Il problema è che in questo periodo sto giocando a Odyssey e SW BF2 che probabilmente mi terranno impegnato almeno un altro mesetto, quindi la situazione non potrà che peggiorare. E in teoria avrei tipo una quindicina di giochi da recuperare ancora

beati voi che avete un backlog di titoli anche relativamente recenti io ne ho alcuni comprati anni fa e ancora mai iniziati!
giusto in questi giorni hanno messo layers of fear gratis e io l’ho acquistato un paio di mesi fa e non l’ho ancora finito
le occasioni di prezzo sono troppo ghiotte, ma mi sono imposto un freno perché tanto da qui al giorno in cui riuscirò a giocare quell’effettivo titolo ci saranno altre occasioni per recuperarlo a basso costo se non gratis (specialmente gli indie)
Spedito a 88 mp/h grazie al flusso canalizzatore

Fuck il consumismo.
Da qualche tempo ho deciso di abbracciare questa filosofia.
Pensare di star dietro anche solo vagamente ad un backlog che diventa sempre più ampio (e che nemmeno starebbe più nelle terga della pur sempre abile Hot Kinky Joe) è folle.
Di più: personalmente, questa condizione ha provveduto a sviluppare in me una sorta di senso di "inadeguatezza" videoludico, come se non stessi "facendo abbastanza".
E anche decidendo di non acquistare più nulla (parlo del PC) si viene cumshottati di giochi gratuiti, che arrivano da ogni dove, da ogni sito di dannati Bundle.
E daje con "offre la ditta" di Originiana memoria, e daje del Giveaway, e daje con le key random sparse per il web...
Se non si vuole rinfoltire il backlog, non basta più non acquistare: occorre vivere disconnessi e basta (e se si ha switch non è un problema, tanto prende poco il wifi della stessa
)
Ergo, ho deciso di abbracciare i miei più vividi istinti, che pure ho considerato sempre "sbagliati", in un certo senso.
Ovvero quello di perdermi a botte di sessanta ore per gioco...laddove sia possibile, ovviamente.
Fanculo alla scaletta di giochi da completare, perchè si.

Mi spolpo i giochi a dovere, sfanculo il backlog, il portafogli ringrazia, l'autostima videoludica cresce.
