This is the original alpha 1.0 build of Gwent, built as a standalone Adobe AIR application by CDPR in late 2013. I've had my eye on this for a while now and only now had time to get around to get it working. This and the source for a later 1.3 version are in the RedKit files. I am having trouble building the 1.3 version and need an expert in Adobe flash or scale form to sort that one out.
This is Gwent is it's most basic and bare bones form. No fancy animations or effects, just the gameplay. Despite the factions menu showing up it's doesn't actually do anything and there are no factions. As is it just shows Nilfgaard. I had to modify the swf a bit to get it to show the other three.
Your collection is randomly generated upon launch and you need to build your deck. The vanilla 1.0 deck building rules were insane making it almost impossible to build a valid deck. I turned the unit card minimum down from 30 to 22 cards which is what is in alpha 1.3. I also turned up the maximum deck power to 150 from 90. As you know there is no maximum deck power in the released version of gwent.
Alpha 1 only featured the Henselt, Forktail, Fog, Horn, and Dummy cards. I modified the swf to unlock all the cards that are in the files of this verison. You have in the end.

The AI is also extremely basic and it's really easy to win. There are no leader cards but instead you get a King statue that you see on the right. It's not clear what these exactly did since their functionality is not implemented in this version. I know 1.3 starts fleshing things out a bit so it would be cool to see what that one is like.
