Violet Evergarden Film Unveils 'Intermission' Video, New Visual

The official website for Kyoto Animation's Violet Evergarden: The Movie anime film project began streaming an "intermission" video for the film on Friday. The site also unveiled a new visual for the film on Wednesday.






The film will open in Japan on April 24. The film was originally slated for January 10, 2020 before being delayed. TRUE will return to perform the film's theme song "WILL."

Mi mancano solo gli ultimi 2 EP, mi sta piacendo molto e mi sono un po emozionanto con gli EP 7, 10(sopratutto) e l'11

Poi non parliamo dell'OST, meravigliosa.

Poi andrò di Special e il film, per quest'ultimo, merita?

Non l'ho ancora visto il film ma meriterà sicuramente  :bruniii:

L'unica cosa che non ho ben chiaro è se già questo uscito è un sequel o è quello che deve ancora uscire ad esserlo :sisi:

Quindi ci sarà un secondo film?

A me il film di è piaciuto, mi sono emozionato per il finale

Io il film l'ho visto e mi è piaciuto molto. Diciamo che se è piaciuta la serie piacerà anche quello sicuramente. Non è un sequel, è un po' come se fosse un lungo episodio collocato in un punto non meglio precisato della serie.

Il secondo film (che doveva uscire a breve ma purtroppo è stato rinviato :sadfrog: ) invece sarà un sequel.

The official website for Kyoto Animation's Violet Evergarden: The Movie anime began streaming the second full trailer for the anime on Friday.



The site also announced that theaters will offer a tray and popcorn bag (both featuring art from the film's teaser poster), as well as a mini clear file with new art, as a combo set.

 

The site is also streaming a video previewing the new vocal album Letters and Doll ~Looking back on the memories of Violet Evergarden~ by Yui Ishikawa (the voice of the titular protagonist Violet Evergarden). The album will ship on October 21.



The film will open in Japan on September 18.

Speriamo almeno il film-sequel sia ottimo a livello di contenuti quanto lo sono le animazioni, sonoro e chara sempre impeccabili durante la serie principale.

 
Violet Evergarden: The Movie Anime Earns 559 Milion Yen in 1st 5 Days

Kyoto Animation's Violet Evergarden: The Movie anime film has sold 390,000 tickets to earn 559 million yen (about US$5.31 million) after five days in the box office as of Tuesday. (Monday and Tuesday were holidays in Japan.) The film earned 76.4% more than the first three days of last year's Violet Evergarden I: Eternity and the Auto Memory Doll theatrical side-story anime, which eventually earned a cumulative total of 831 million yen (about US$7.90 million). The new film has a per-screen average of 1.64 million yen (about US$15,600).

The film opened in Japan last Friday, September 18. The film's official website announced on April 6 that Kyoto Animation postponed the film's opening in Japan due to concerns over the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The film was slated to open in Japan on April 24. This was the second delay for the film, as it was originally slated for a January 10, 2020 opening in Japan.

Singer TRUE returned to perform the film's theme song "WILL."
