"Greatest hits" dei Queen è l'album più venduto di sempre in Gran Bretagna
In Gran Bretagna cade il sessantesimo anniversario da quando è stata istituita la classifica di vendita. Per celebrare questo traguardo gli operatori della Official Charts Company hanno compilato la classifica dei 60 album più venduti della storia nel Regno Unito.
In cima a questa classifica si è posizionato il “Greatest hits” dei Queen uscito nel 1981 che ha venduto 6.100.000 copie. Chiesto un commento al chitarrista della band Brian May, ha detto: “Che grande notizia per svegliarsi. L'album più popolare? Ho sempre pensato che la band fosse grande, ma questo va oltre i nostri sogni di quando eravamo giovani. Grazie, ragazzi."
